Yes, this is not a romantic place. Unlike stated in other reviews, they do have table cloth and tissues, but the setting is far from romantic or cosy.Go there to have seafood and leave when you are done - but people are friendly and the 75⬠marisquerÃa (âtourist platterâ) we shared (2 of us) was fresh, honest and abundant.Thank you for your opinion, we thank you for valuing our products, which indeed are always abundant, and above all fresh and of good quality.With regard to your comment on the romantic atmosphere, we think that love and romanticism goes beyond where the couple is, and has more to do with the moment :-)In any case it's just an opinion. Cenamos la noche del viernes dos parejas, dos buenos bocadillos de pollo con beicon y queso, dos buenas tostas una de quesos y otra de paleta con cuatro copas de vino una botella de agua dos cañas y cuatro cafés por 40â¬. Muy bien y muy bueno todo.

I've been to this place several times, both under the old and new management. In both cases the food is great and fantastic value for the money. Before, the menu was more ample with fish and seafoods, but the offer is still pretty good.Service, on the other hand, is a bit weird, the only qualification I can give to them, they are a but sour and not pleasant, but they do get your orders to the table.It's a place to try, definitely, if you can put up with the local spirit!

It is a nice restaurant not a fancy, looks really old. I ordered from the bar disk a piece of cheese with nuts and sweet jam, it was so so cute and tasty. .The main dish was mussels with tomatoes sauce. simple and suite for the break time for a business day in the nearby industrial area...

We have been here on different occasions more than once. It never fails to satisfy us in terms of taste and quality.The best arroz con bogavante I had in my life and thanks to this restaurant it's now one of my favourite dishes.A portion of rice with lobster and steak would be more than enough for a group of 4. Ordering steak(1kg) would ensure selection of Iberian cold meat as a starter. It definitely ticks the value for money box. Just a little tip. Please make sure you make a reservation in advance as it is quite busy especially at the weekend.

Iâve visited this restaurant a couple of years ago and it was good but has improved since. Itâs a good option when flying from Santander because is very close to the airport. We have rabas de cachon which is a local specialty very similar to squid. Salads and paellaâs are very good as well. Itâs always busy so booking is advisable

El menú del dia es variado y delicioso. Y lo mejor es el precio 11 euros con vino y agua incluido. También puedes pedir para llevar y te sale más barato aún. Me hizo gracia compartir mesa. No esperes lujos solo buena comida casera.

This is the best place to with friends and try amazing food and drinks.The tapas are very delicious and there are many opitions. The service is the best! David is super nice/friendly and has great recommendations. I would definitely go back on my next trip to Santander.

Nice dining room, attentive staff, very good varity of fish dishes. We had rice with lobster. Delicious and good portions. We came 8.00 pm and that was probably a bit early. We were the only ones in the dining section the first half hour. When we left it was almost full.Thanks Phrederic, See you soon!Best regards
