We entered and left this little restaurant feeling surprised. Surrounded by a strong touristic zone, this little Fonda is still very connected to the old spirit of the fishers village Callao Salvaje! Amazing Canarian Fish plate, extraordinary and friendly service, and we loved the wooden charmante interieur!Btw: A "Fonda" was a little "3-Table and some beds"-place with a small but delicious homemade 3-dishes-menu", that´s where the restaurants name comes from <3

Great for an early lunch or mid afternoon drink. Went here a few times during our week. Great views towards the coast of Adeje looking south. The place gets the sun in the mornings / lunch times. Lovely lady waiting the tables each time we visited ( from Madrid) Will certainly return next trip. Its part of the Roca Negra ( same owners) sits just round corner from it .

The menu is very varied and prices are reasonable. Service is very good. The quality of the food is excellent. We had ribs, pizza and steak, all of which were nicely presented and delicious. The hotel has a nice ambience and we enjoyed our meal and would return.

Visited the restaurant on the 9th of September, had a lovely starter. Ordered two fillets steaks to be cooked medium but both came out rare with blood running out onto my plate, when asked did we enjoy our main courses we told them we wasn't happy also the chips wasn't fresh, we asked for the bill there wasn't any apologies and the bill was for the full amount. And when we was leaving the female owner name not known was very sarcastic towards us, safe to say we would not recommend the restaurant to anyone.

Fabulous recommendation from TripAdvisor! Hubby and I enjoyed hot bread rolls with delicious (generous) dips, black pudding, garlic mushrooms, House Salad, T-Bone steak, grilled chicken with fried onions, mouth-watering chilled beers (in iced pint glasses) and chilled white wine (in iced terra-cotta jug), leche-leche & an espresso - â¬59 Euros - FABULOUS (though we had no idea the portions were going to be so abundant and ordered much too much for 2 people!)! ..oh, and we got complimentary liquors to finish. Food, drink, service & ambience SUPERB. A definite âmust go toâ in Tenerife (â¬8 each way in a taxi from Playa Paraiso). Thank you La Ganania- what a wonderful experience.

We visited El Ancla numerous times during the week and had a perfect meal every time. Frank, Alex and the rest of the team kept us entertained! Great choice of food and drink. Donât be put off by the prices. Yes it is the most expensive restaurant in Callao but thatâs because itâs the best! But still no way near the costs of food in Playa Del Duque. Great views across the sea. If in Callao, you must try here. Thank you very much for your comments! We work hard to offer the best experience on the food and our team expertise. Nebula offers something quite refreshing in the resort of Callao Salvaje. It is bright, full of atmosphere with a great cocktail selection and a menu that Eduardo has (he told me) refined over time, to cater for the vast array of visitors to the area. My Familyâs and my experience was extremely positive. - I find it incredibly frustrating, because âpeople canâ, using this medium to âslateâ peoples hard work, their livelihood, the thing that they (you/we) are passionate about. Whoever the âindividualâ was (Iâll choose my words carefully) that posted their displeasure about their experience last night, is clearly entitled to their opinion, but Iâd like to add didnât read the menu. (It clearly states that their are pickles in the Salman Tartare) and also chose to show the remanence of what they had not eaten, rather than the beautifully presented dish, that they were first served. (I#^*#âs)My family and I visited again (for the second night running) such was the positive experience, we had enjoyed. We were warmly greeted by the Hostess and shown to our table. Drinks were ordered and arrived promptly, followed by two bowls of Garlic Chilli Prawns and a Rosemary Focaccia. Heaven and I would definitely recommend!Between the table, we ate 3 different pasta dishes (which we all raved about) well cooked pasta, deep flavoursome sauce accompaniments, with a twist of Black Pepper and a splash of Olive Oil.. Muy, Muy Bien..!The Tiramisu was pretty damn good as well..I would say that Nebula is a little more expensive than other Restaurant offerings in the area, but quite simply âyou get what you pay forâ. We had a nice reserved table under a gazebo. Service was excellent. The owner explained each dish to us and we chose the 5 starters, all of which were delicious and nicely presented. Then we had various tapas, all of which was delicious too. For desserts we had 2 each and they too were lovely. T he cost was very reasonable and we would definitely go back as the food was so good.Dear Babsstockport,thank you so much for your visit and for great feedback.
