Uncle Yip's serves the finest authentic southern Chinese cuisine possible. Cantonese, Thai, Hunan, Sichuan Dim Sum and seafood is on the menu. Twin lobster along with dinner specials are favorites (ask your server or check the board for special foods). Di
A friendly place, with better-than-average southern Chinese dishes, including house-made wontons, a range of seafood choices, and an interesting dim sum menu. We appreciated the attention we received as first-time diners and the time the owners took to explain not only the kind of cooking the restaurant features but also how it differed from other Chinese cuisines. Prices at this no-frills strip center restaurant are modest and portions are generous. And like many Chinese restaurants, food arrives at the table in no time. TripAdvisor doesn't permit half-star increments in ratings. A shame since this deserves a solid 3 ½ stars.

Convivial chain dishing up hearty portions of New Orleans-style seafood, steaks, salads & more.
Was absolutely delighted that Cincinnati has a Pappadeaux! We always stop by and visit one of the Pappaâs in Texas. Meal was wonderful as usual. We had Crawfish Fingers, Fondue, Lobster Bites (sorry but a rip-off, hence the 4), Lobster Bisque and quail. Entreeâs were Blackened Catfish Opelousas, Crawfish and Shrimp. Venueâs trademark Southern hospitality was still evident in Cincinnati Only issue was the quantity and quality of new menu item Lobster Bites for $30. We had 2 orders as appetizers and received 5 âbitsâ, not Bites on each order. They were not sautéed in butter and spinach as pictured. They were just boiled and laying on top. I love lobster so they were good, but again not worth the price. As a frequent flyer of this venue, Iâm okay with the $$$, but want the quality and quantity to match.

Jag's Steak & Seafood Provides Restaurant, Steaks, Chops Cuisine, Seafood Cuisine, Outdoor Seating Available, Alcohol Served, Bar Available, Dinner, Family Celebrations And Receptions Services to The West Chester, OH Area.
I have been tempted by reviews of a few restaurants in the few weeks. 4+ stars and amazing reviews. Most of the time disappointed.Jags has the food, service, atmosphere and quality of a premium steak house. I feel it is better than the food and experience I had at a top name and $$ steak house in Cincinnati. The menu is off the charts. The seafood selection is something I would expect in chicago. The appetizers are all so temping.I had a ribeye and it was perfect. Only regret was it was so big I was only able to eat 1/2 my dinner. So downsize what you think you want and expect to eat.The service was first class. The only thing you have to be cautioned about are the menu prices. My steak was $62 and the mushrooms were $9. Plus a salad plus an app......$100 per person with tip. We had a good wine I have at home for $48, I paid $18.0O for it at the wine shop.Itâs a rare first class restaurant

I like Embers and my family eats there every now and then to celebrate something!! tonight we were celebrating the new year. We were greeted, seated and ordered. Our server was very efficient and the 4 of us ordered a variety of appetizers. They came in a reasonable amount of time and were very good. The 4 entrees came and our plates were visually appetizing and perfect. I had the filet special and it looked so good and perfectly done. However, there was a problem, my plate was cold and the food was cool. Not tepid or warm but cool. It was very good, I enjoyed it but I canât get over the fact that it was cold. I ordered a full order of onion straws for the table and they were cold? My friend was a little hesitant with her meal and I whispered, âwhatâs wrongâ...and she said, âmy fish is cold!â We were guests of another couple and we said nothing to them so we donât know if their meals were cold or not? I hate going to a favorite place, having a very efficient server and then winding up with cold plates and entrees! We didnât feel we were in a position to say anything as we didnât want to hurt our friendsâ feelings. But, if you receive a cold entree, say something. Itâs crazy to go to a well respected restaurant spend a lot of money and eat good looking cold food!
