What an amazing restaurant! My husband, two children (10 & 8), and I had dinner at Faded. Who knew that Sebring had a restaurant like one you’d find in a big city. The atmosphere was absolutely beautiful. Friendly staff & made you feel like family. Each plate was a culinary delight. You can taste the freshness of their products. We ordered for appetizers the cheese & charcuterie board, calamari, and ceviche. For our meal, my husband had the green curry. We were lucky enough to have the owners chat with us! Thoroughly enjoyed. Just wish we had bigger stomachs to enjoy more dishes.Felidae71, Thank you for reviewing your experience at Faded. We are so glad you and your family enjoyed your experience, service and entrees. We hope we see you again soon.

Red Lobster

The environment = Gross.I'm not expecting couture cocktails here. But I DO think an inviting bar is a basic request. This place needs a makeover for sure. It's the holidays! Not one candle. Not one twinkling light. I don't even remember seeing a live Lobster in the tank. The ambiance is SAD. C'mon, Red Lobster. We're sorry to hear that you were unsatisfied with your meal at our Sebring restaurant and we'd like to learn how we can make this better. Sunset Grille

Reviewed By Gymnopodie

Been going to the Sunset Grille off and on for the past dozen years. Earlier, we enjoyed the food and ambiance for dinner then things changed for the worse. I think it was courting the younger crowd with an "island" feel. About three years ago we stopped going there completely since the food quality was a hit and miss with it being more of a miss. But recently I was convinced that they have a new owner and the seafood is now spectacular, so we gave it another go. First off, the salad looked so horrible that neither of us would touch it. I mean, come on, fresh produce is in abundance in this area. Why serve lettuce that's been lying around for weeks? Next was the bread which looked delicious! Only it wasn't. We each took one bite and left the rest. It's not that difficult or expensive to serve a nice bit of bread. is it? Then came the meals. Wife had fish and shrimp which she says was very good. I had shrimp, scallops and lobster pieces over pasta with a wine/cheese sauce. The seafood was cooked to perfection, but the sauce ruined it. I wouldn't have even recognized what those mushy pieces were if the menu hadn't said it was lobster. I love sauces of all types and this was good but did not work with the delicate flavors of the shrimp, scallops or lobster. So, our conclusion is: Stop by for some drinks and an appetizer. It's a nice location but don't walk out towards the lake edge unless you want to see trash, garbage and fish bones lying around. For the owner: Put an ad on Facebook and say that you'll pay someone $20 per hour to pick up the trash! Two or three hours is all that it would take.ps. I did take a photo of the sad salad but was too far out of focus to be viewable.First, thank you for dining with us, and sharing your thoughts. We have made many changes over the years, but my deepest apologies for any sub Par experience or food you've ever gotten. I'm very sorry if our salad and rolls were less than expected, the rolls are baked on site daily, and served with a butter garlic coat, and we get fresh produce deliveries 4 times a week. I'm very glad your wife enjoyed her meal (after all, happy wife = happy life), I believe the dish you described is "The Drunken Sailor" which is our 2nd most popular dish, it's unfortunate that it didn't agree with your palate, but I'm glad the protein was properly cooked. As far as the shoreline goes, thank you for bringing that to our attention, we will get that taken care of immediately.
