Restaurant specializing in seafood and fish. We offer a wide variety of typical Canarian food including scald, cheese and meat. The restaurant has a lounge with air conditioning, bar and terrace. Restaurant in the heart of the city of Santa Cruz de Teneri
After reading the reviews we had high expectations towards the K-Maron. We arrived around 5pm and were the only customers at the time. Staff didnât speak much english but were very attentive (English menu available but obviously lacking all the âspecialtiesâ). We started off with Cava, oysters and salmon carpaccio. Oysters were fresh and really tasty. Salmon was with olives and small capers, way too salty and had to ask lemon to bring some sweetenes and acid along. For mains we ordered tuna steak which came with local papas. The steak was cooked medium as ordered and was nicely presented. Second main was âspicy tunaâ which was complete disaster. Small pieces of tuna overcooked and burnt on top of soggy fries and some lettuce+tomato. Super dry without any flavor. No child seats available, toilets were very clean and the overall decoration nice.

My wife and I decided to go here for our last dinner in Santa Cruz. The menu was stacked with very interesting items. Crispy battered lamb brain, all kinds of seafood and various meat dishes. Our starter was a calamari dish, which was delicious. I ordered the beef tenderloin with a mushroom and cheese sauce, which was absolutely amazing. My wife ordered the bull tail stew in red wine, which she loved. The meal was on the pricier side, but well worth it. The restaurant is across the street from the iberostar grand hotel Mencey. So if you are in the area itâs worth stopping by.

We enjoyed local cheese to start and delicious seafood paella for two. The rice was perfectly cooked and the seafood tasted very fresh. We sat outside overlooking the waves crashing onto the rocks. Service was quick and there was an english version of the menu.

Don't come here - if you are in a hurry, want meat or avoid families with kids. After a day spent on Las Teresitas beach we came here for no better reason than that we were hungry and had found a parking space outside. We settled down, looked what other guests were eating and decided to go for seafood. A choice we certainly did not regret! Finger- licking delicious. The service was maybe a little slow, but after a slow day on the beach does it matter? We spent the major part of the evening there, and left happy and content. ¡Muchas gracias!

Being shushed by a snappy, irritable waitress would have been bad enough. However our bad experience was further compounded by being served a facsimile of what an alien having had fajitas described to him by particularly adventurous friend might have knocked up......assuming of course that said alien had access to soy sauce, as Iâm convinced that that is what the wretched bird had been prepared in. Fajitas lacking cheese, salsa, guacamole and sour cream are not fajitas.
