This is a trip back to the 70s...to include the music they were playing. Reminds ya of "old" Florida. I was seated immediately upon arriving Thursday evening at 445pm. Angie was a super server! I ordered the shrimp and fish special $14.95, fried. Very good as was the hushpuppies, cole slaw and cheese grits.

Dropped by for lunch on a Sunday afternoon hoping for decent oysters. Was not disappointed. Oyster plate was generous and fried just right. Not very greasy. Enjoyed the service. Will go back.

Whitey's Fish Camp was established 1963. Located on Swimming Penn Creek in Fleming Island, Florida 32003. The restaurant is famous for All You Can Eat local wild catfish and an array of seafood, chicken and steak dishes. There is an outside waterfront Tik
Great food. Great staff. Great atmosphere. I had the Mahi fish tacos. My buddy had the all you can eat shrimp basket. The tacos were excellent. The shrimp was never ending and very large. Not very loud so a good conversation was achievable. Will go back many more times when in the area.
