This restaurant gets it all right. A smiling welcome. Comfortable seats at well-spaced tables in a pleasingly decorated room. Some of the best and freshest seafood I have ever eaten (and as an Englishwoman I thank my lucky stars to be in France eating fruits de mer), brought to the table with exactly what is needed, and an attentive eye to whatever might improve the experience. Well-chosen house wine. And desserts to make the gourmand happy, with excellent coffee. I cannot recommend this restaurant enough.

A very good lunch and a lovely table outside ... there was so much I liked on the menu that it was really difficult to chose always a good sign. We tried ordering a starter and one of the salad specials each and the lovely manager advised that he thought that may be too much to eat. We shared a delicious platter of ham and then had the salad he was right. Sadly we had no room for dessert ... the desserts looked absolutely amazing ! There are too many restaurants in small Saint-Remy, all clustered around a couple of streets, so we asked a local's recommendation. This restaurant is simple, nothing fancy about its ambiance but the service is very friendly and efficient. We had an excellent dinner, mostly pastas, and it was well worth the price.
