My wife and I recently spent a month in Torremolinos Spain in a rental apartment. During our daily excursions we came across a quaint little bar called The Cabin. Keith and Sue (transplanted from Scotland) run the place and it was evident on our first visit this place was special. Keith welcomes everyone into the bar and somehow remembers all of their names. This means every time you stop you are greeted by name and introduced to others. By the second or third visit we felt like family. I become the Governor so during our daily visits the other bar members knew me as such. Susie welcomes everyone with her warming smile and joins in the various discussions, where patrons solved the world problems over a beverage of choice.We met people from Finland, Scotland, the UK as well as numerous other localities. Our trip had extra meaning for us knowing we could congregate at The Cabin. Good luck and good health to Keith and Susie. The breakfast was really good! We thoroughly enjoyed sitting in the sun on one of the lovely little side streets outside the pub.. Lady who served us was very friendly also. Would definitely recommend for a full Irish breakfast

Fig & Olive offer a choice of meats served with fresh vegetables, Yorkshire Pudding and pigs in blankets plus a dessert is included in the price.My choice was chicken which was a very generous portion and came with home made stuffing, roast potatoes, buttery mash, broccoli, carrots and green beans . Vegetables were all cooked perfectly, (green beans are fantastic ) everything was hot and fresh- a really enjoyable Sunday Roast and at half the price of its nearest rival The Fig and Olive will be my first choice in future.

I checked this bar out when we booked the Sol Precipe Hotel around the corner (5 minute walk). Andy is a fantastic host and runs a lovely, friendly bar. We spent most of our evenings here and the live music was particularly good on the Saturday night. This place is definitely worth a visit and if you do I am sure you will go back â¦

We had a breakfast one morning and it was ok went back the next day asked if we could make up are breakfast pick the bits we liked and changed others and pay the difference but they wouldnât so we went some where else there is plenty of restaurants in the area
