I took my husband here for lunch while visiting my parents in law in Palencia. They have a good selection of beers and the food menu is extensive while remaining close to traditional. Grab a table if you can and order either tapas (like locals, with their beers) or a meal (like us). My husband and I had some tapas first with drinks - crunchy fried calamari and 'broken eggs' (huevos rotos), both of which were delicious. We made the mistake of ordering more food than we could manage, going with croquetas jamon (ham croquettes) that were crisp on the outside and soft and flavourful on the inside, and carpaccio de bacalao (cod) with plain tomato purée. It was smoked and delicious, though both dishes were quite filling!For our mains, my husband had more huevos rotas (this time with black pudding), while I ordered onion rings and bratwurst (a change I craved from regular local food). All the food was delicious, and you really get big portions. We skipped dessert as we could barely roll ourselves out of the restaurant. The prices were also reasonable. Will definitely return.

Lugar recomendado para probar cerveza artesana palentina, buena cerveza de barril y en botellin. Rubia y tostada para probar, ambas están buenas, pero cuidado porque tienen más graduación que las cervezas convencionales.. Ponen tapa para acompañar la consumición

Me gusta el sitio porque son rápidos, hay variedad de pinchos (ricos todos), hay posibilidad de unas raciones y todo siempre muy rico. Además siempre está limpio. Un lugar de tapas estupendo. Sitio de referencia para tomar unos vinos en Palencia.

Es un bar de polÃgono industrial con servicio de comidas. Menú cantado y muy casero y sobre todo muy bien atendido. Los dos camareros que te atienden lo bordan.
