We arrived early in the morning and took breakfast at this restaurant. I had arepa which seemed to have been deep fried, but still it was good. It was a good size and filled with cheese. Our friends had egg breakfasts and everyone was satisfied. nicely done fresh fruit with granola All in all, Good no frills competent filling breakfast

Right on the beach a great place to watch the sunset. Awesome beer and an even better cider selection. Had the blackberry chilli and blackberry ginger and they were awesome. A little quitier end of town so a nice place to relax and have a few drinks.

A small restaurant/bar beside the sea wall with excellent happy hour specials, far superior to most places in town. As for the food, maybe the best burger Iâve had in my life? Best in town at least which is a big statement as there is no shortage of good eats in Montanita.Great staff and a waiter that speaks English, most of the times I stopped by.

Our dinner here was perfectly crept able but nothing to write home about. The most me,or able part of the meal was the cocktails. If you're looking for a pleasant space on the main drag to get out of the hustle and relax, and for some reason don't want to go to Tiki Limbo across the street, this is a good choice.

Well perhaps not quite in the clouds but this rooftop restaurant above Rincon D'Olon Hotel offers stunning 360 degree views of the coast in front and the hills behind. In the immortal words of John Lennon "above us only sky". The vista at sunset has to be seen to be believed and when that fiery ball does disappear the ever changing sky over the sea will keep you watching for as long as you stay. And as if that is not enough the food is pretty good too! I was there a few nights ago and enjoyed what I can honestly say was one of the best meals I've had during my three months in Ecuador. The fish was cooked to perfection and melted in the mouth, the accompanying vegetables were complimented by a delicious light curry sauce and the fresh crispy French fries left me wanting to do it all again. Which I did the following night. Highly recommended.

This bar became our favorite place in montanita. Friendly and engaging bar owners always made us feel welcome.During the day its a great place to people and surf watch from beach hammocks. Amazing sun downer location and fun place during the evening. Food is great value and tasty and if you are lucky enough to be around on Friday the evening barbecue should not be missed.

Ate here a couple times during my stay in Olon, the owner/Chef is a great guy who really knows how to cook! The burgers and wraps were delicious! and the beer too of course. One of the finest places in town. Happy hour starts at 4pm with cocktails worth 4 times the price in any other country, personally the best drinks in 2 months of roving South America in search of a decent martini-which Lido does not make.However, the $9 burgers including a mojito should make this a destination on a Tuesday night if not for any other delicious item off the grill. Vegetables you ask? They have those too, which are as rare as a good martini...

We stumbled into this place walking from the beach. Very glad we did!!! The freshly made pizzas were DELICIOUS and the pina coldas were easily the best we had in town. Our waitress was also very friendly and good at her job. We even came back a second time. ¡Thank you, Ross! ¡We wait you back soon!
