I had the best experience at Glory Days today. From the time we we walked in until we left the service was superb. Our appetizers came out hot and I always Love hot fries... we ordered old bay and garlic buffalo wings for our appetizers. For our entreeâs we had a chicken cheesesteak and frocasia chicken sandwich and it was excellent. Our server and the staff members were bery nice and helpful!! Thanks for excellent service... it was VERY much appreciated.

After enjoying the complimentary Manager's Reception, we decided to try the Embassy Suites restaurant. It had great atmosphere- casual but great lighting and decor. Server was excellent and very friendly and welcoming. We had great cheesesteaks and onion rings as well as good craft beer. Not fancy, but very good. they did have larger entrees but we did not have those. Lots of traffic in this DC suburb and it was great not to have to deal with that to get a decent dinner.Dear Fun168, Thank you for dinning with us at Crossroads Bar and Grill we are so happy to hear how you enjoyed the cheese steaks, local craft beer and excellent service. All of us here are looking forward to your next visit with us.

I had a tough time deciding between poor and average on the rating. I went average because our waiter was a very nice kid but man I hope he has a plan B in life...VERY poor service. luckily we were in no rush (which was a very good thing). I hope management gets it straight because the food was decent and the location is great but I can honestly say I never had worse service.On behalf of the new management which took over on October 1, 2018, we apologize for the average experience you had at The Harbour Grille. The new management/owners have over 20 years of experience in the restaurant industry. We pride ourselves on delivering great food with exceptional service. We would love for you to come back and give us another try...PLUS, you can check out our brand new menu.
