Things to do in Belmont
Now known as McGraws, this timeless spot in Belmont has plenty to offer from great drinks, lots of beers on tap and excellent food. The staff is sometimes a bit thin so they are running around trying to clean up, pour drinks and tend to the grill all at the same time. When it gets packed which it often does during 49er games and Giants games, the service can be a bit slow but they are great folks keeping a Belmont tradition alive. One of my favorite things is the build your own burger bar with a well stocked cold table of condiments and toppings to create any kind of burger you want. There is plenty to enjoy with video games, a great juke box, shuffle puck table and pool tables in the back.

Noelani's is excellent if what your looking for is a warm local spot with no pretense and just a good warm welcome. I live in Hawaii part time most of my life so I admit this place makes me feel I am back with the local crowd when I walk in. Great drinks and the menu change is an upgrade. Just a nice night out with Hawaiian music on some nights, a slice of how life should be from my view.RonO

We ordered drinks and appetizers - drinks were generous and appetizers were delicious - we plan to return! We sat outside on a warm and lovely day. Most enjoyable!
This is the perfect place to hang out, have a drink, enjoy some games like dart or pool, and have a good time after work. The beer selection is what you expect from a bar and I'm sure they will mix you anything you like, though I did not check. They also have a decent menu for food mostly burgers and sandwiches.

Restaurant in San Mateo that serves "California fresh" burgers, milkshakes and other items.
Really enjoyed our lunch at Jackâs. Hotdogs were available for the kids. I enjoyed a salmon sandwich that was very good. Seemed to be lots of locals in the restaurant who were regulars - always a good sign.

Dog Haus creates hand-crafted hormone- and antibiotic-free hot dogs, sausages, burgers, plant-based items and one Bad Mutha Clucka, all served on King's Hawaiian rolls. Crush one, then wash it down with one of our local craft beers or premium shakes.
Dog Haus is a national chain of restaurants featuring hot dogs, sausages, corn dogs, sandwiches, etc. This location has a industrial vibe and casual atmosphere. The service is attentive and friendly. Food was simple but good. The various meats are natural and high quality. Prices were reasonable. Hey Alan! Thanks for this review. We like that you found our restaurant enjoyable. Hope to serve you another 5-star review in the future.Best,Andy W.
Located next to railroad tracks, it can be pretty noisy if you are seated in the back porch. However, it has nice charm and plenty of varieties of beers and TV screens to keep you occupied for better part of the evening. Good place to catch up on local events and sports. It can get pretty busy on weekends. Food is standard sports bar stuff.

One of our favorite restaurants right now. They have outdoor seating which is great - lovely large bar, fantastic selection of wines at the right temperature and great food selection. Service is welcoming and attentive but not annoying. Will definitely return soon.

Location was old Pine Brook Inn site (which I wish still existed). LOcate in a shopping center, this is a large facility with indoor/outdoor seating- outdoors is by a babbling brook but can be a bit cold.Food is ok-relatively limited menu at lunch time-one page of food; three pages of drinks.Service, perhaps because it was mother's day, was poor. We were not seated for approximately 20-25 minutes even though we had a reservation-alledgedly, table was occupied by slow group but honestly, based on our service the lack of service efficiency may have been the cause. Part of group tried to order drinks while waiting for table and they were not delivered until well after we were eventually seated. Waiter sought some orders then ignored some of the group. Everyone else was asked if they wanted desert, some did, I was never even asked-guess I didn't look like I needed any!Prices for food are reasonable, drinks a bit high and they add a fee for employee insurance/welfare.

We got there a few minutes before noon. They didnât open until 12:00. There are a few parties before us. We ordered Rueben sandwich, cheese steak sandwich, draft beer pastrami salad and grill cheeses sandwich. Everything came out good as expected. This week is Silicon Valley beer week. There are a few specials on sale.
