If you are looking for a tasty pizza with no risk of getting a bad pie Pizza Hut is a sure bet. My kids ordered both a cheese and pepperoni pizza along with the brownie pie. Both were warm when delivered and certainly tasty, if not a bit on the greasy side. The brownie was moist and chocolaty, a pleasant surprise.

Going through Xenia again and needed to grab something to eat. We decided on Rapid Fired again since it's one of our favorite pizza places. Our pizzas were good and to order. Was a bit disappointed when we first walked in. A person, who I assume was a manager, was standing at the cash register counting out money. I understand that needs to be done but he didn't say he would be right with us or acknowledge our presence at all. After waiting a few minutes another worker came out of the back and she looked over at the manager like, "Why didn't you call me?" She was very friendly and did a great job making our pizza. Customer service is what makes people keep coming back and this could have been better at the start.

Have done pickup and delivery; friendly employees and manager. Food is ok but I have honestly had better pizza; they need a new family recipe for that. Mostly I like their pasta dishes a lot, though the servings could be larger. Pasta doesn't cost that much, guys.

Tried this pizza place on my daughter's recommendation because they have a gluten free pizza. We were able to order the chicken and spinach pie online and walked over a few minutes later to pick it up. The pizza was very good and I really liked the crust. (And now the but....) BUT upon arrival we found the line waiting for their pizzas to be quite long, the young lady at the register unorganized and the kitchen output to be "scatttered". We waited almost twenty minutes past our scheduled pick up time to find that our pizza had no spinach on it and were then informed they were out. That's when we spoke with the manager requesting an adjustment to our cost to offset the wait and lack of toppings as ordered. I will give him credit that I completely refunded the price of our pizza even after I said that it was not necessary and that the cost of the spinach was sufficient. Would I go back? Yes, even as scattered as the restaurant appeared, we really enjoyed the pizza as given and the crust is worth ordering again!

If you are new to Xenia there are two pizza restaurants you need to know about. The first in Ha-Ha Pizza. Hands down the best "gourmet" pizza in town. If you are looking for quick take out franchise pizza go to Marco's. They just opened in Xenia and other than Jim's Pizza in Windsor, CT (certain to be cold by the time it gets to Xenia). This is one of the best pizzas I have had in my world travels. Certainly the best franchise pizza. Probably because it reminds me of growing up in Windsor and eating at Jim's Pizza. But you aren't in Windsor, you are in Xenia, a.k.a. "Paradise," so call Marco's, order a pie, and enjoy some good Greek style pizza.As for service, this was interesting. It was Feb 29 and there was an on-line coupon for 50% off. But when my wife placed the order the coupon code was rejected. When I showed up and explained what happened they took down our phone number and name so when we call in again they can order the coupon. I would have expected them to just take off the 50% but this is another way to honor the coupon. That's cool.

Cassano's has a unique, one of a kind pizza from the crust to the finely ground sausage and toppings. Their pizza tends to be a little on the salty side, but that's part of the unique flavor that makes the taste something you'll not soon forget if you've never had one. All our friends from out of town LOVE Cassano's pizza. They have other great subs and unique bread offerings too.
