We had frequently ordered their NY style pizza which is terrific! We recently stopped in for dinner and were more in a Pasta mood. The baked ravioli was excellent. A big serving with excellent sauce. Coupled with the garlic knots and fried zucchini, I couldn't have been happier. Will definitely be back.

We enjoyed Friday evening pizza fix at Jet's Pizza in Matthews. Friendly counter service and delicious pizza. We ordered a large Detroit style pizza. Crispy crust and lots of cheese. Thought the pepperoni a little sparse but there was enough to enjoy. The two of us even brought 3 slices home for Saturday breakfast. Very busy restaurant with both diners and take out. They scored a 91.5 on their most recent health inspection. While still an A rating it does show they have room for improvement.

Love the people here, lots of local folks and friends often see here, too. We had moved about an hour away from Juliana's after eating here for almost 20 years, but we make it a point to come back and visit when we can. We started dining @ Juliana's before they moved to their current location, so been enjoying them a long time.Friendly staff always eager to help us have an excellent meal. Love the greek dishes mainly, but they have a wide variety for different tastes. And even though we are always to full for desert, we can't miss out, so we end up taking several home as they are always so very delicious.

We enjoyed a recent visit to Mario's in Matthews, NC. We came on a Tuesday night with 50% off bottles of wine and $10 brick oven pizza. A very good value.Entering the restaurant we were greeted by the hostess who determined the size of our party and took us to a booth in the dining room. We came early so we were the only party inside of the dining room. The ambiance of the dining room is ok and there is a patio of outdoor seating.Our server Victoria came to take our beverage order. We just order ice water on this visit. Shortly after serving the beverages she took our food order. I had the meat lovers pizza, our granddaughter had the Montana and my wife had the chicken and spinach.A basket of delicious warm garlic bread with marinara was served. These garlic rolls were yummy good and filling. Pizzas were served in a timely fashion and we all noted that they were all very good and with a perfect crust. The Montana with potato chips got the award for the most creative and our granddaughter loved it.Service by Victoria was very good, she checked on satisfaction and insure water glasses were always refilled. She had a nice smile and even took my camera to do a family picture. We enjoyed our pizza dinner and recommend Mario's. A review of their health department score showed they scored a 98.5 rating. An excellent rating showing that the restaurant does an excellent job insuring a safe food handling environment.

Decided to stop in around 1:00 on a Sunday afternoon. Small Pizza and a large salad were ordered.Unfortunately, they were attempting to deal with three very large groups as well as several families. Entrees took almost 40 minutes.Food was fresh, good quality, plentiful as well as tasty.Good prices.Will return but will avoid if they are serving large groups.Not complaining but despise waiting, especially mid range pizza and deli type restaurants.

I love this pizza. They gave me a coupon for a free cheese pizza when I bought my house, which I used, and have been hooked since. The pizza is about as close to NY pizza as your gonna get around here. They didn't get five stars because they are a little pricey, but you get what you pay for. Service, if you decide to eat there, is excellent. The girls/guys are friendly and make sure your drink is always full and offer you one to take home with you. They offer a very good gluten free pizza, which my wife had. Good family place.

The service is good.The timing is good - fast like they say.The food is really Good.You create your own pizza or salad choices (unless you prefer one of their pre-chosen list of ingredients.)My favorite is the small pizza (kid size-ish) I think it's 6" and the larger one is 11". This is plenty for an adult.I chose spinach on regular red sauce. I added spicy sausage, pineapple, and a spicy pepper mix. I love the sweet & spicy combo.They have a REALLY yummy chocolate "ding-dong style" dessert, they have milk shakes, soda, yummy lemonade, beer, lots to choose from.They do have inside and outside seating. It's cold inside. You order at the counter and then they call your name within 5 minutes when your pizza is done. We have had them bring it to us when we were outside before. I hope the review has been helpful... it's a great place to go for lunch and dinner would be good too. Totally kid-friendly, but not overly-kid-crazy. Give it a try... It's one of my new favorites!

Staying in hotel just down the road and always enjoy checking out local pizza. Got 12" Hawaiian pizza to go with mozzarella sticks. Came to $23 with tip. Good flavor, but crust although edges were toasty, the mid to center could have been cooked a bit more. I understand NY style, but this one was a bit rushed. I was here a year ago for lunch and got a slice and it was much better. I'll go back as it is convenient and good local flavor.

The pizza is really good here but the koubideh kabob and the lamb rack is even better. The rice is yummy too. Try the other food on the menu! It is great food cooked by really nice people.

They have 2 locations but I stopped at this location because they offer better parking. Both locations are great but that's how I ended up here. I stopped in and got the Cheeseburger Sub and it was all of that. I got the large with an order of fries. Everything was delicious. I must admit I think the large was too much and I won't get so much the next time. I ate the whole thing because I wasnt sure how it would be if I took it home and reheated it. If your close to this location stop in and give them a try.
