Absolutely not! The staff behind the service desk, the staff in the kitchen, and wait staff were all Hispanic. Truthfully, it surprised me when I first entered. Go to Chinese, one expects Asian staff; go to a Greek establishment, expect Greek staff, etc., Regardless, the restaurant itself was well appointed: large and inviting. Service was attentive, the food excellent! As the phrase states: "Don't judge a book by its cover" Same as this restaurant. I will return!

Friendly owners and staff help you make your choice in what to order. they also specialize in 3 and 6 foot sub sandwiches and they have family size dinners to eat in or take out. Once you taste their food, you'll want to return again and again. Also, try their famous garlic knots.

Best pizza around. Period. We drive 1/2 hour just to have pizza here and although they have other items on their menu, we always just get their pizza because it's that good. Thin crust, baked just right to perfection. It's no surprise they've been in business for 45 years.

This is the Martinsville location for the local "Pizza Brothers" chain of take out/eat in pizza / Italian restaurants. It's mainly a take out place, but there are a few booths. The pizza is very good and they have usual selection but nothing too outrageous. Their calzones are magnificent - enormous, bursting with filling, and yummy. This has been our go-to pizza place for more than 10 years. A good, solid, thin, but not too thin crust, Jersey pizza place. I've never had a bad dish from here. They also deliver. If you are looking for pizza in or near Martinsville, give this spot a try. You can almost always also find a discount coupon in local flyers - or even right by their counter.

I've been eating here for lunch frequently and they are very consistent: good crunchy "medium" crust, lots of toppings, good flavor, and a great selection of pies. They also have excellent hot, sweet wings and cuban-ish sandwiches. My current favorite is their white broccoli and cheese. I think they've upped their act over the couple of years or so - I used to avoid this spot and now I love it. In Martinsville and environs there are various different styles of pizza. This spot focuses on crispy, thin but not too thin crust and they also offer thicker crust choices (think Sicillian), but no super thin crusts. There are two fairly small dining areas separated by a decorative brick wall. The larger space has a large mural of Italy painted on its long wall. We generally order at the counter and have the food brought to our table. There is also complete waitress service if desired. The slices are good sized; there are 5 wings to an order. BYOB (it's Jersey). Great for a quick lunch in a nice environment. Yummy.

The 5 of us enjoyed our Spartan Style Lunch. Wood fired, blackened pizza and a choice of 4 interesting salads. Pauline offered us jelly jars for our Wines (BYOB) The Pizza chef was friendly and was happy to bake our pizza our way. We met the Owner. He started out with The Lombardi Pizza Truck and became known for good pizza and good coffee.The coffee is indeed very good.. Fresh, strong, hot, hearty, and $ 3. a small cup, and well worth it. ( we brought our own biscotti)

Thank you Chimney Rock Inn for having many vegan options. It always amazes me that some restaurants can successfully manage to have several vegan options, but most can't even offer one! Although I grew up in Bridgewater this was my first visit, but it won't be the last. I ordered a bowl of veg chili and the strawberry quinoa salad. Both were delicious. The chili portion could have been a little bigger, while the chip portion surrounding the bowl could have been smaller. Red sangria was just ok, next time I'll stick to wine.Husband had the salmon which came with a salad. Apple brown betty a la mode for dessert. The food was good, not outstanding, but the choices for a vegan diner coming with a non-vegan diner was the high point for us. And nice to dine outside too.
