I’m not really being fair, because I had equally bad pizza. Once. 8 years ago.The dough was tough, dry and floury. The sauce was sweet and icky. Why they don’t offer mozzarella on any of their pizzas is beyond me. French cheese just doesn’t taste right on pizza. My daughter had to throw her calzone in the trash because the egg inside was raw. RAW. Not undercooked, please don’t misunderstand me: RAW.We threw away 3 of the 5 items we purchased and tried to eat a little of the others. We had been hoping for a quiet night inside with pizza & a movie and instead we had starving teenagers, foraging for food. Please do not go here unless they change management.

A buzzy restaurant with a friendly welcome and great service. The food is all home-cooked, including the pastries in the 'café gourmand' and the 18€ menu is excellent value for money. We chose the 'crudités' starter which was a very generous helping and included avocado pear. Both of the meat dishes we chose as mains were delicious, and came with Mediterranean vegetables as well as pasta or French fries. We struggled to find room for dessert. Having tried the restaurant which is currently No.1 on the listings, and been disappointed, we felt that this outshone it by far, and would have happily eaten there on consecutive evenings.

The choice of available restaurants in Luz St Sauveur is pretty limited on a Friday evening unless pre-booked, but we were some of the first in Le Cairn at around 1930 when they started serving. A mountain lodge themed restaurant that specialises in Pizza, Burgers and Salads but also having a good choice for children too. The Normand Pizza was excellent with melted Camembert the highlight, Cheeseburger was well prepared and tasty as were the children’s chicken nuggets and rustic fries. I had the ‘Le Big Mountain’ burger which was amongst the best I have ever had, Bacon, a Potato Rosti, Reblochon Cheese and a good quality beef burger... It was really good.Service was fantastic, the staff were very attentive throughout, despite them being really busy. We cannot recommend this place enough. Overall, for drinks, main course and dessert (waffles, crepes and ice cream)for a family of 5, it was around €75.

This is a small, friendly pizza restaurant. The service is fast, friendly and efficient and whilst the number of pizzas on the menu is a little limited, they are willing to make individual changes. The prices are very reasonable and eating in the courtyard area away from traffic was an altogether pleasant experience.

We found this Bar and Restaurant the second night of our visit. Its what you would call a sports bar/family restaurant. It doesn't have any parking but the you will find space in the Carrefour opposite. If you want to do the bowling arrive early or a quiet time during the day to avoid disappointment as there are long waits in the evening. The place is busy, staff were friendly, the service quick, and you would be hard pushed not to find something on the menu although not extensive to tickle your delights. Would certainly go back if we were in the area again.

I have been here on a number of occasions now and each time the service is just great. The speed at which the lady make the pizza is no time at all on a traditional thin base and the toppings are fresh and locally produced. Its just simply great pizza and ii recommend giving it a go if your ever in this little town.
