First time there and someone had told me they had buffet. There is no real buffet. You order out of a case behind the counter. Pizza is pretty good, but not very filling so we went to order another slice of pizza only to have someone come out and say you can't do that and they didn't have many slices to choose from and to go look in the case. So I go look and now no one will help me. No one will make eye contact, speak or even give me a clue they know I'm standing there. After all, I've already paid them for my meal so I guess they didn't care if they helped me or not. Finally after 15 minutes of standing there I walked out. Because of their lack of customer service I will never give them business again and I will be telling everyone I know just how sorry they are and lack caring for the customer. I will say this - I've been there now my first and last time. Poor employee training..... shame! I usually give places another chance, but this place isn't worth going back too! #michaelangelospizzasucks

Marabella Old World Pizza

This was the first time that my wife and I had been back to Marabella's in a while. we ordered the Large Marabella pizza. we received it in a reasonable time. The crust was too thin and became soggy from the sauce and all the toppings, making it very difficult to pick up. it was almost best eaten with a fork. It had a good flavor but i had a similar experience on a previous visit and the crust was just as thin with the same problem. i like the old world style of pizza but i wish they could make there crust thicker to help prevent the limp sogginess of the pizza. Not sure i would pay &18 again.

Jett's has a great super thick crust square pizza. The pizza always has a crunch to the crust, yet a soft, bready interior. My only complaint is that sometimes, the pizza is a little more greasy than I would like. They offer student discounts which is nice in a college town! I also like that they have a record of all my past orders and can tell me what I got last time if I call in an order.

Really wonderful pizza! Their pizzas are large, floppy, thin crust with wonderful "rims" . A small pizza easily fed my daughter and I for dinner AND lunch the next day. Sauce is perfect- not too spicy and not too dull.....just right! Only suggestion for improvement is to increase your delivery speed---45 minute is about too long for in the middle of the day.. I will say the food is worth the "wait " time! It was great! We will be back!!

Luna Pizza Cafe is a hidden gem in Greenville, NC. The quality of service that you receive from beginning to end makes it a must if you live in or just visiting Greenville. The crust, toppings and additional appetizers enhance the overall experience. I would definitely recommend the mushrooms as appetizers and any of the pizzas available. The mushroom and sausage pizza, plus the Mediterranean pizza were great. We would have loved to try the tiramisu, but it will be next time. I highly recommend Luna Pizza and Cafe and want to give special thanks to Richard, Jacob and Jenny. Great people to deal with!

Basil's Restaurant

Reviewed By MariefromNC

We arrived at 7:45 pm, the restaurant closes at 9:00 pm. It was very apparent the staff was ready to shut down and treated us as if we are inconveniencing them. The restaurant was about two thirds empty and we were seated at what seemed to be the worst table in the place. We wondered if we were being punished for arriving this late? Food was less than great and they forgot parts of it. This is not normal for Basil's but we usually arrive earlier than this, however, we didn't feel it was THAT close to closing that we were being inconsiderate. Our waitress was MIA most of the time and other staff didn't want to even make eye contact. Very disappointing.I am very also very disappointed to hear about your experience and would like to address it more appropriately so that these issues can be addressed with the staff. Patrons that arrive at 8:55 should receive the same experience and consistent food as someone dining earlier and I certainly don't consider 7:45 being anywhere near closing. I see you left your review on Monday, is that the day you experienced these issues? Do you remember who your server was and or have a check number (on credit card receipt) or remember what you had to eat?I would very much appreciate if you could respond to these questions via email to [email protected] so issues like these can be addressed so that attitudes such as the ones you experienced do not continue and can be prevented for yourself and others in the future.Thank you for taking the time to review your experience and hopefully providing more information so that this can be further addressed.Jeremy [email protected]
