We moved our organization's monthly business meeting to this restaurant because the restaurant where we used to meet had terrible service and so-so food. The proprietor here was happy to have us and the servers were constantly attending to everyone's needs without being disruptive to our meeting. The food is plentiful and delicious. There are burgers for those who don't like Mexican food. They do serve alcoholic drinks for those who are so inclined. They have Taco Tuesday specials.

Everyone raves about the hand-made tortillas, and yeah, they're fantastic. But El Paraiso also serves some of the best enchiladas, tacos (soft and hard shell), and sopes around. Deeply flavorful, not too spicy... the green and red sauces taste like they have had it simmering on the stove for weeks.You can't find a lot of these Mexican dishes, either, like Sopes, Albondigas, Sopapillas...LOVE the chips, salsa, and refried beans. Just add a little more salt.Portions are HUGE. Food arrives in platters, not plates. But we loved it.Service is fast, friendly, and unobtrusive. I'm definitely taking my friends here when we need to catch up.

we had looked at several restaurants to try on a recent weekend shopping trip to the Everett area and as we don't have great access to mexican [although there are some good ones] in Vancouver we decided on the basis of various reviews to try Los Potrillos. were we ever glad we did. the service was warm and welcoming ,our server, Patricia was amazing and walked us very helpfully through the menu. then the meal was fresh and hot , nicely presented and very tasty. the margaritas were large and very good as well. we enjoyed our evening so much we skipped our other choices and went back again the next night

Had a nice size booth and thank goodness because we needed the extra room from all the food we enjoyed. Large portions and great taste with leftovers to boot! The atmosphere is very nicely decorated and felt upscale from most of the Mexican restaurants we try. Really enjoyed the fajita's.

Have been going here for years and usually a great place with amazing food but for this Monday visit nothing was great. Chips are unusually boring, right out of a bag, a little stale and cold, very poor table attention, took a very long time just.to place our order and the food was well below the expected standard for this place. I'll chock it up to an off day but for a Monday I expected way more.

What a great find - we were just driving past and decided to try this great place. Fantastic find, great staff, huge portions, we ate vegetarian tortillas and burritos - the salsa and guacamole is also amazing - we will definitely be back next time we are in town.

Since it's Christmas time we had the Christmas Tree Enchilada with brisket beef - to share since it's a huge meal. It tasted fantastic. Service was friendly and professional. We'll be back, of course. They have fantastic pies, but we didn't have any room, so next time!

Our FAV Mexican restaurants - a dear friend of 40+ years introduced us to it when we moved to Everett 6 years ago - and well, we don't go anywhere else. We've tried. None so good as Las Palmeras! Try the happy hour entrees....Perfectamente! PS Why can't we choose more than one for were we here for??

Closed on our home down the road, wanted dinner and drinks to celebrate. Had carne asada burrito, and chicken tostada salad. Both were great!! Their steak was tender and seasoned wonderfully! Very surprised!Loved their salsa, and we watched them making fresh chips through the window. Lots of great beers on tap, micro brew and Mexican. Terrace great for people watching! Holy bananas Everett!!
