I work in the City of Elizabeth so I can tell you all the great spots to eat. This is the best Mexican Restaurant in the area so far. The steaks, enchiladas, tacos, tortillas, guacamole dip,chimichangas,etc !! They are very friendly,they do serve beer, the restaurant is very clean and prices are around 8 to $15 bucks. The hot sauce is very good too.GOOD JOB GUYS AND KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!

I stumbled across this hidden gem while staying at a hotel near Newark Airport. Nestled in a small strip mall, this restaurant packed a delicious punch. The team members were polite upon my arrival and seemed genuinely happy to have me there. While ordering, the cashier suggested I give the lunch special a try, which was a sandwich on this particular day. Again, it was full of flavor and a great deal for my money. They offer a variety of other Mexican dishes in a semi-fastfood type of environment. Chips came with the meal and a few different salsa's were available to try at a side counter. If looking for something other than the typical fast food chain, be sure to give this place a try. I do not think you'll be disappointed.

I agree with other reviewers about the poor service at this location. Just 2 weeks ago I waited almost 10 minutes before being offered a seat. This at an afternoon time that was not busy and it appeared various employees were trying their best to ignore me. Norman Brinker would not have been happy.The food was the usual Chilis high quality.
