Cooking was not so good, but above all aggressive people at the service. The ambient was noisy when we have been eating there, but this was not the real problem for us on the specific dinner we had. Me and my friends have had the worse experience ever had in Corse during several years, as the people there have been aggressive. Ratio price/quality is absolutely a nonsense here. Forget this !

Went there on a Friday evening in September. The staff served us in an obligatory way, without paying much attention. The food was below average, again without any effort to make it more than mediocre. Prices are above average though. All in all their neighbours of U Rasaghiu are a much better choice. The view on the port is the same.

Visited this place twice with a bunch of friends. Everything we tried was very good. They had different specials every day. I had tuna salad and duck. It was well prepared and very tasty. Wine (both red and white) was very good and reasonably priced. Overall, strongly recommend this place.

The Continental Restaurant is located at the entrance to Cargese , arriving the creeks of Piana, near the city center and hiking trails. Our 2 star hotel offers comfortable and spacious rooms, balconies with views of the beach of Pero and the peninsula of
I was in Cargese for almost 2 weeks, had dinner here with various groups at least 4 times... Food is great and special - "classic" dishes that come with a twist either through a local product here (chestnut fritters) or some fancy technique there (salted caramel with scallops, basil foam with pasta). Interesting and exciting (though a bit on the pricey side).Dessert selection is also great. Try the chocolate cake.

nice restaurant with typical corsican meals proposed for a reasonable price. Seafood, although some of them might be fresh frozen, is tastefully prepared and may be ordered in a 24⬠menu with starter , main and desert.

Corsican traditional cuisine and Mediterranean cuisine. Local and seasonal products. Open all year. Panoramic terrace with sea view on the Gulf of Pero.
We arrived on the 3rd of october, we were well received by the staff, we asked for a fridge and it was immediately sent to our room. The breakfast was poor, but the location was just beside the Casino supermarket so we could find whatever we want.A parking is available and for free, and the vue was amazing, we did not go out one night so we opened a bottle of wine and bought the best corsican cheese and the tastiest ham and pate and we ate on the terrasse with the vue of the bay, unforgettable.it is advisable to rent a car at Ajaccio airport if not reserved before arrival.

How often have you been to a seafood restaurant which is a few feet away from the Mediterannean Sea separating you from it by a few feet of white sand? If you answer with a jaded "often", then you are either extremely well traveled or a snob. However, putting that aside, this dining spot is special as the island of Corsica is special. Two of us had swordfish and two had a grilled local fish cooked whole. The swordfish was perfectly prepared and moist (just a few seconds of overlooking it will dry out the entire portion), and the grilled fish was equally perfectly prepared. Both were served with vegetables and your choice of French fries or rice. It was an evening of fine dining. Add to the quality of the food, the atmosphere is very comfortable and relaxed and the service was first class.

Excellent selection of Corsican wines which can be paired with artisanal Corsican Cheeses and charcuterie served in a convivial setting in the village of Cargese. Friendly and knowledgeable staff provide excellent service. Spent a delightful evening there.

Thank you Charlotte for a most memorable eating experience!Really great food - the four of us had the fish soup to start, what a great choice- a real flavoursome hearty dish.Couldn't decide on the mains, but Charlotte (restaurant owner) was very accommodating - taking time to explain the ingredients of each dish. Charlotte suggested trying & sharing multiple dishes - what a great idea, every dish was delicious .And the deserts provide the perfect end to the meal - the chocolate fondont and the tiramisu were simply delicious.Overall a great experience great food, wine and exceptional service - Definitely worth a visit and deserving of good reviews on trip advisor.

Food and wine are really good, really tasty. You should also try their desserts. I celebrated my birthday here with my family and the chef made a wonderful, personalised cake for me. The restaurant is really small, with only a few tables and a gorgeous view of the sunset. Very romantic. Highly recommend it.
