Together with some colleagues we enjoyed our dinner in Restaurant Grec Athena. As the name already suggests, guests can opt between a large selection of Greek specialties. The dishes are very tasteful and large in portion. Prices are slightly higher compared with other Greek eating houses, but the excellent quality of the meals justifies this price tag. Finally, the hospitable and friendly service is an additional asset.Restaurant Grec Athena is within walking distance of the train station. Guests are welcome from 12:00 to 14:00 and from 18:30 on (closed on Mondays and on Saturdays only open in the evening). Due to the great popularity, it is recommended to reserve a table in advance. The only point of improvement I can touch on, is the limited distance between the tables. This makes the eating room sometimes quit noisy.

Just off the centre of Lux, but 2 mins walk from Place D'Armies is this superb little family run restaurant. Charming without being stereotypical it has a nice front room and further space at the back. Happy to help translate the menu into English. Their house speciality seems to be the whole squid which does look very impressive. I opted for the lamb kebab. Nicely cooked, with peppers it came accompanied with rice and a side of Tzazaki. Very nice meal overall and will return

Definitely one of my favorite places in Luxembourg. Today, I had the strozzapreti beef and green pepper... delicious! and a cassata siciliana al pistacchio... gorgeous.As usual, the ambiance was relax (customers seem to feel at home) thanks to the good-natured chefs, waitress, and managers; yet, the service is attentive and diligent.Merci merci merci!

Wonderful atmosphere and conviviality. I invited friends to have dinner and I have to say that the Kava restaurant did not fail to meet my expectations, but went beyond them. Thanks to the chef for letting us lick our moustaches and to all the staff to make the normal moments unforgettable. I'll come back again this week. Highly recommended! Given it is a holiday today, we were lucky to get a reservation for two. The restaurant was packed out, and we can see why. The service was friendly from staff and the 'owner' (we assume) who was very welcoming. The food was as good as it gets, and the service excellent despite the full house. We had read other good reviews on Tripadvisor, and therefore expected it to be good. And it was!

We order a lot on delivery from this restaurant and the quality is always good. There have been one or the other time where minor things happened, but it is always tasty! But they should really work on how they take the calls, I mean we are paying clients and very often the person on the phone shows really no interest in being nice and forthcoming, BUT the guys who actually deliver are always really nice and try to bring an air of Italy into our home.

Being a portuguese restaurant, the place was full with portuguese people. So it had an authentic taste to it. However, the service was very chaotic and slow with waiters just randomly ignoring you. The food was ok, but we found it very oily. And the deserts were so sweet, that after 2 spoons you had to drink 1 liter of water. The size in the plate didn't really justify the price. For 26 euros I had 6 shrimps and some fries. A nice touch was the paella for 2 or more people. A table next to us ordered it and they seemed to enjoy it. The portuguese red wine was quite good. The wine list contained mostly portuguese sortiments. Overall, we felt it was an average restaurant experience.

The venue is located in a business park in Capellen. The restaurant has a large inside dining and a small outside dining area. The decoration is quite sophisticated and nearly luxurious. Unfortunately, because it is loud and because of the open arrangement, you get a feeling like sitting in the waiting hall of a train station. Like in Grand Central Station. The menu is quite large, I missed Vitello Tonnato though. I had salad with goat cheese as starter and Saltimbocca a la Romana. The food was well prepared but the taste was without thrill. The service is professional.

Went with a party of six (main courses only, wine, beer, water, digestif: total 122 euros), the atmosphere was very family-oriented, noisy and bustling like a real italian should be...The pizzas we had were excellent, the pasta dishes less so, in my opinion too much sauce not enough seasoning.The service started out fine but towards the end they seemed to forget we were there, or maybe just though we were tourists? Anyway, the bill took ages to arrive and they charged us 5,50 each for 3 tiny limoncellos (you might sometimes expect these for free, although no guarantee of course, even though we were very polite).I did the only honourable thing I could think of and gave the tip directly to the pizzaiolo. Probably will go back, if they realise we are locals/regulars service might get better.

We had lunch at the Da Vincenzo and it was really good. The restaurant is not that big so making a reservation is highly recommended. The food was gorgeous. The menu was quite large but the ordered food was freshly prepared, very tasty and thankfully far away from your average Italian restaurant in Luxemburg.
