As others have noted, this is an interesting and slightly different restaurant. The main dishes are quite good, although the deserts are a rip off - e.g. a Chocolate liegois which was essentially small chocolate milkshake with a tiny ball of ice cream and some whipped cream on top - also this was overpriced.

Depuis mon arrivée sur Aix j'entends parler de ce restaurant pour la qualité exceptionnelle des sushis. Effectivement, c'est exceptionnel !Ce soir pour notre repas a emporter, des dragons, des sushis au fromage, au thon grillé, au saumon et gambas... Etc, etc. Un vrai festin avec des produits frais et de très bonnes qualités. Mes amis avait raison se sont des sushis, excellent. Merci a vous, je reviendrais.Cordialement la Clermontoise

A very unusual restaurant, most of the seating downstairs, stair case is quite steep. A nice warm atmosphere and pleasant staff who were very helpful with the selection of dishes. We found the food to be really tasty, nicely presented, care obviously taken. The only negative we found was what to order as everything looked so good. We thought it was incredibly good value. Would definitely return and recommend.

I went to order at the place. I waited 20 minutes for around 20 sushi to go. They say they would give a call when ready but they didn't. The sushi were good and fresh. They offer some interesting sushi like with foie gras.I was surprise they don't give wasabi and little amount of ginger.Take away only

I'll start by saying that I don't like writing a negative review if I haven't let the establishment know that I was dissatisfied, but in this case it was take-out, and while I did call when I noticed the problems, I only reached the central 800 number and could not speak to the people who actually prepared the food. I had the intention of dropping by the next day to complain in person, but I was there on business and didn't have time. I had ordered a Tiger Tempura de Légumes Roll, California Crevette (California roll with shrimp), Yakitori Saumon (salmon "brochette"), and a boll of rice...for 23.10 euros. They confused the first item and gave me a vegetable tempura instead of a roll (see photos), the shrimp in the California roll was partly raw (so I didn't eat it), the salmon was barely cooked (but I did eat it, as I was hungry), and along with the rice, was cold. I was surprised that the hot dishes were cold since I had waited in the restaurant while they prepared my order and ate it about 5 minutes later at the hotel.

Went there with some friends as found on trip advisor. We all lived in Asia for a couple of years and we really liked the food. Very authentic, healthy and great prices. Nous recherchions depuis longtemps un bon restaurant vietnamien qui ne soit pas en ville. Les buffets qui se sont multipliés dans nos centres commerciaux depuis quelques années ont évincé tous les petits restaurants traditionnels.Et nous avons trouvé Chez Hervé. Pour les gros mangeurs, c'est à volonté, et c'est très bon. Il y a du choix, et c'est toujours très frais. On peut même demander tel ou tel ingrédient pour certains plats (la soupe Pho en particulier).Seul bémol, le choix des vins. Ils sont un peu chers, et il n'y a pas de 50cl.
