Haven't been here in a long while, but was pleased to note the food quality hadn't changed! Enjoyed that they had non-gluten options on the menu, and they were yummy. This is the second time I have dined here. The service is fast, friendly and efficient. The food is delicious - recommend the beef carpaccio, squid ink risotto , crab penne and gnocchi. The lemon sorbet with alcohol was divine. Will definitely visit again.

Service was efficient but not warm. Food was average. The starters were good - burratta and sweet cherry tomatoes and good prosciutto, Hokkaido scallops, and octopus legs. None of the main dishes were memorable. The pasta with chanterelle mushrooms were almost not edible. Their Signature Seafood Stew was not robust enough, but the pistachio tart was well appreciated. The chocolate dessert was dull.

Looked for local eateries to the Carlton City Hotel, and Etna caught my eye. Turned up en spec, and a place was found for me in a pretty bust restaurant, despite the relatively early hour.Good maitre d', supported by pleasant, efficient and friendly waiting staff. Nice glass of wine, but both the tuna carpaccio and pizza were fab.Will return when next in SIN.

Celebrated my girlfriend's birthday here and we were not disappointed. The owners were so friendly and welcoming, from explaining the menu to dishing out such beautiful food. Mind blowing doesn't even begin to explain how good the lobster salad was. Will definitely be back!

Depizza has a very interesting and unique selections of pizzas ranging from mala to a bourbon pulled pork pizza. At first i thought the fusion of taste would be weird but it turned out pretty good! Highly recommended to give it a go! Ps they have very good truffle fries too!

Buffet breakfast on level 6 was our secret retreat every morning, thanks to the recommendation of the waitress. Eggs cooked to order every day, fresh fruit, cold meats, vegetable sticks, pastries, toast, noodles, curry, rice, cooked breakfast and variety of juices on offer. Offering both indoor and balcony tables which overlooked the fish pond, this is highly recommended if you want to avoid the queues and crowds at breakfast time. All staff were super friendly and helpful.

The Staff were so professional and pleasant and the surroundings were stylish with wonderful ambiance. Not noisy and the tables were not pushed up against each other.The food was utterly sensational. Every dish I tasted was absolutely delicious. I did taste some of at least 3 other peoples food. The smoked Lobster was amazing I would recommend this highly. My Dover Sole was cooked to perfection. The Foie Gras I tasted was wonderful too. I would have loved to try dessert but I had a plane to catch so i will have to do dessert next time

Lovely location, decor & atmosphere with prompt, attentive service. Ordered 2 items from the Bites section, sea bass tartare which was incredible, could have eaten those all night & mushroom with Tallegio bruschetta which was OK other than whatever was placed at the bottom of the bread under the mushrooms - whatever it was tasted of plastic. If that hadn't been there it would have been another amazing dish. For main we ordered Beef Tagliata with mash & red wine jus - recommended share plate for 2. Absolutely delicious, that jus took it to the next level!! But we both wished there was more mash, there was one tiny bowl which wasn't enough for 2. Ordered Tiramisu and the 7 ways Valrhona chocolate dessert. Tiramisu was quite dry & not very coffee-y, popping candy through it was nice but it wasn't as delicious as it looked. The Valrhona chocolate dessert, however, was TO DIE FOR - simply one of the best desserts I've ever had & highly recommended! Our table was nicely decorated for my birthday & the lovely staff sang Happy Birthday whilst presenting me with another dessert served with a lit candle. A much appreciated gesture, thank you! Overall we really enjoyed our dinner & would definitely return for a special occasion.
