We visited L'Alchimista twice during our short break to Santa Eulalia for ice-cream. This little cafe has the most wonderful, tasty ice creams...lots of unusual flavours and some great basic flavours too. We tried the vanilla, cherry and mango. All delicious and very fresh. The cafe has a good vibe and seems to be a popular spot for locals...

Excellent Italian food, really Italian! fresh local produce and excellent wine. Great value for money, the owners are very nice and recommend you the dishes of the day! Spaghetti with excellent shrimp! Home-made tiramisu with espresso ... to taste delicious !!!!

We have eaten before and have always enjoyed the service and excellent food. On this occasion, a lunchtime, we were met from a waiter we did not recognise. He promptly took our order; seafood platter and goats cheese salad. The seafood was cooked to order and he recommended a great wine to go with it.The food was fantastic, cooked to perfection and the chef even came out mid eat to see how we were getting on. It never seems to be bust, but it has prime location in the marina and the food is outstanding. Highly recommend for delicious eats.The new waiter however did put us off revisiting as we would have liked to return for an evening meal. He was too familiar and was telling us about his time as a semi pro footballer and who he had planned against. He then went on to say that we should go to places of his recommendation as Santa Eulalia is for old people. Places for partying and where the famous people go. My husband and I are not interesting in this at all. We come to Ibiza and to Santa Eulalia to relax from our busy lives at home and to explore the beauty of the island not to party and meet famous people. We missed the owner being front of house on this occasion. We will be back but we will keep an eye out for the owner.Hii, thank you for you review, and compliments on the food. I am sorry that the waiter was out of place. It did take is a while to figure him out.His cv was outstanding, however his personalityleft much to be desired.HE IS NO LONGER WITHUS. Beautiful space, impressive menu reasonably priced, definitely something for everyone here. We even got to sit outside during an impressive thunderstorm. There was a big group dining inside and when they came out for a cigarette they gathered close to our table even though there was plenty space, while not directly the restaurants fault it was inconsiderate and if I was front of house I'd have asked them to move but again just a personal preference. I ate the chefs salad which I would recommend it looked and tasted beautiful

Good wholesome Italian food from this restaurant under a hotel complex. Seats around a swimming pool and inside with nice calm and friendly vibe when we visited.We chose a pizza from a list of about 20 options and this was great, thin and crispy base as we like it. We also chose the lasagne which was good and definitely filling, but a little on the dry side. The tiramisu to finish was well prepared but seemed to be missing the oomph from the coffee and liquor.Overall good, aside from a few small points of attention.

Ok, that's quite a sweeping statement, but we couldn't stop going back and we've been to Es Canar twice now. There's a reason why the reviews are so good and that's because they have a number of things right.Firstly, the hospitality. Try to book in advance if you can but if not, they will move heaven and hell (ok, a few tables and chairs) to get you in. Secondly, the food. Between us, I reckon we've tried most of the menu and end up eating each other's! Thirdly, the service. They don't mess about but none of it is rushed at all. Who cares if you have to wait a bit. Shut up complaining and eat your olives, bread and amazing alioli. It's good, honest Italian (Sicilian) fare. Great pizza from an authentic oven, and fresh, tasty pasta. And of course the obligatory free limoncello shots afterwards.Not cheap but not even close to expensive. Do it.

Service was terrible. Only 2 men serving the whole restaurant and that was noticable. Had to wait a long time for every course. We wanted to make way for a young couple with a pram but it wasnât allowed because they didnât want any more people in the restaurant. Had steak, which was not medium but well done, which I didnât order and was tasteless. My husband had mussles which around 5/6 werenât open so he couldnât eat them, 10 were ok.

Great little spot by the beach. The menu is great for those looking for gluten free options as all pizzas and pastas can be made gluten free. My brother is coeliac so was very happy. The staff are really friendly and attentive. Definitely worth a visit.
