We turned up unbooked on a Saturday night at around 9pm...early by Spanish standards so we were able to get the last available table (which we had to leave by 11pm as it was booked from then!...not a problem for us!). So next time I would book! We shared a starter (glad we did as good size!) of sliced cooked aubergines in a tomato sauce - it was kind of like a mini lasagne! Then we both had fresh pasta - mine were parcels with amazing ricotta/spinach filling, so tasty and didn't look like a lot but it was a perfect portion size. The wine to accompany was perfect white rioja - we chose Marqués de Cáceres. I would definitely come back as there are lots of other things I want to try on the menu and Logrono is a fantastic town with plenty of surrounding Bodegas!!!

Less than 300 meters from the centrally located Espolón Park at 16, Avenida de Portugal you will find the Italian restaurant La Tagliatella. Come in and enjoy our authentic dishes inspired by the gastronomy of the Northern Italian regions of Emilia Romagn
Stopped in after 10 nights of Spanish, Mediterranean and local foods for a change. Unique menu..., salads (more than ârocketâ), numerous pasta (8+ different noodles), 6 pork & 2 beef dishes (on English menu). Multiple types of sauces offered too. Prices were all very reasonable. Being in Rioja, pretty good wine list (in English) too. Staff was nice, relatively conversant in English, and helped with selections. It was very busy, filled with families (a good sign). Food was nice, not over salted and enjoyable. Worth a family stop, as itâs not romantic. Enjoy.

We had a very busy day after our wine tour of Rioja region and three of us were needing food before we could settle for the night. We went out but it was too hot and too late to travel far so we just went a few streets from the NH hotel. We tried a few restaurants and bars but they were all fully booked or too busy, we were just about to give up and get telepizza :( when we tried the Terra Nostra restaurant.Fortunately one of the chefs spoke some English, so we were able to get a small table added into the restaurant for us to eat at. The food was excellent, particularly the risotto with prawns! Very grateful for my little Spanish to be able to order food and drink, but even more grateful that the chef spoke some English and the waitresses were patient.
