The problem with restaurants in touristic areas is that often, they don´t care, tomorrow new people will come...First we book specific table for 4 adults + 2 kids. We in person specifically requested a table which was in the shadow and had plenty of space, when we came back 1/2 hour later, the waiter (bald guy) pointed at a much smaller table and in the sun. He claimed "they are 8 people, you are only 4+2 kids..." Then, forgets one drink and instead of apologizing he says in bad tone "IT´S ON THE WAY..." instead of apologizing and bring the drink asap.Then he serves the warm food, but one salad is missing, when I call his attention to remind him for the salad (while the rest of the food was getting cold) again with bad manners says "ONE MOMENT!!!" there was a few examples more on how not to treat a customer, but the best was at the end when I ask for the bill; 95â¬, give him 100⬠and, if I do not say anything he walks away with 5⬠tip after being one of the worst waiters I have ever seen. Everybody makes mistakes, the difference is how we react on them, this grown man is not prepared to take care of customers. Food: averagePrice: reasonableThis is why I give 2 out of 5 instead of 1 out of 5.

Took a bus to Velbert. Sorry Velbert, but as a town centre you've just nothing to offer! Dreary in the extreme, but one needs to eat and this little restaurant came to my rescue! I put my head around the door and asked if they had some liver? Sorry , but no! So I left, but the manager came after me and asked if I liked lamb? Yes, OK! And it was wonderful! Well done, and thanks for your perseverance!

I like to drive around Dûsseldorf and during last weekend we ended up in Mülheim an der Ruhr at the time of the diner. We entered in the restaurant Walkmuhle and immediately were surprised about the warm welcome we received. We were lucky enough to have a table in front of the open fire (not working during the warm days but I can already imagine myself during the winter were a fire would be crackling softly giving to the room a great romantic and relaxing ambiance). Sergey, the owner, gave us advices on the menu and it was great advises. We ate like kings, oysters, dorade fish, I took a steak cooked with a 800c professional beafer. Just amazing. While eating, the table next door ate some pasta with mushroom prepared inside a big parmesan cheese and I promised myself to come back to try it.Thank you a lot. We are ever glad to see you again. See you.

We just happened to find Lâolivo by chance, as we had a friend staying overnight close by. What a pleasant surprise. Good service, friendly atmosphere and excellent food. It is a small cosy restaurant, where the chef takes the trouble to visit with his patrons. Affordable and a most enjoyable evening. We will definitely be back

When we first came to Kettwig, we had takeaway pizza for our removal staff and all pronounced them as OK. Have subsequently been into the restaurant a few times for a quick uncomplicated snack meal : again, of its type OK, but this is not really a place for anything more sophisticated.More recently I joined a group of friends for an evening meal here and it was not a very rewarding experience. If it had been warmer, the restaurant's inner patio might have been a better position, but as it was too cold we had to resort to the indoor annexe which is a rather gloomy and cut off location. Most of our group opted for pasta dishes and declared them as "all right" but the grilled meat or fish dishes are very average!So for a quick pasta lunch in the front part of the restaurant ( which can be a bit frenetic with a flow of takeaway customers !) it's fine , but for finer dining , and especially in the rear annexe it's very underwhelming!

You find a real and nice Italian restaurant in Velbert. The styling is modern and cool. The atmosphere is very nice and the service is caring and paying attention. The food Fish and steak was really good. Good choice and nothing to complain about.
