I'm not going to lie. We were hooked the first time we were there. I have yet to meet a staff anywhere that is more personable and eager to make sure that you were completely satisfied. Beer selection is lacking (just kidding) and ch tre food is always great.

Bobby Lupo's makes a mean pizza, but.....I can never place an online delivery order without an issue and their online menu isn't great. I usually get frustrated and just order Domino's if I don't want to drive to Bobby's.Also, in person the service is unfortunately a hit or miss. There always seems to be a lot of people working, but they're not super friendly to me when I come in. I want to be greeted and I want someone to be polite rather than act like I am putting them out. That said, I'd call Bobby's my favorite local area pizza joint.

Ok. I tried to calm down before writing this review. But I need to strike while the iron is hot.I purchased two dinner plates to go this evening. One was a large lasagna dinner, the other a small ravioli plate. Total bill came to just over $17 (including tax.) As I was walking out the door a thought ran through my head: These two plates seem awfully small, and the weight of them seem awfully light. However, I didn't stop to inspect out of courtesy. After all, why would a local restaurant rip me off?Upon arriving at home the contents of the dinners were revealed. The "large" lasagna plate was about half the size of a stouffer's frozen meal. But the real kicker was the ravioli plate. It contained a grand total of two (2) raviolis. TWO!!! Smothered in sauce and sprinkled with a bit of cheese. I mean really... WHO THE HELL SELLS TWO LOUSY RAVIOLIS AND CALLS IT A DINNER PLATE? (Ari's Italian Restaurant in Harker Heights, across from Harker Heights High School, that's who.)I called the manager, and the man actually tried to defend himself, saying that I should have asked for THEM to specify what I was purchasing when I ordered the small plate. Sorry, but this is indefensible. NOBODY sells two raviolis. I could see four extra large ones, but two? Two small ones? No way.So I spent $17 and change on a tiny lasagna and two ravioli pillows. Keep that in mind when you order. I'll never be back.Jcorgidog,I have already tried to call you to make this right and have left you a voicemail with my contact information. I am sorry that you misunderstood that we only have a small plate of raviolis on our menu. What our Chef was trying to explain to you when you called and used profanity towards him was that we would be happy to make a large portion (4 extra large raviolis) for you but that it is not on the menu and it has to be requested due to not being listed but like many other dishes can be made for you.I would be happy to speak with you further and make it right. Like I previously stated, I have already attempted to call you right after you called and before you posted any reviews to speak with you personally and I left you a voicemail so that you can contact me directly.

We cannot praise enough about our amazingly friendly and professional server. It was a busy Friday night and we were sat within 15 minutes. Drinks were tasty and cold. The carbonara was good though the chicken was a little mushy. The zeppoli dessert is decadent and delicious!
