After failing to find any open, reasonably authentic Spanish restaurants within easy walking-distance of our hotel (at 21:30), we settled for this "Trattoria". It looked attractive from outside, and indeed it was pleasant inside. We were looking for a fairly light but satisfying meal. My partner ordered Lasagna, I wanted a simple pasta dish. We both ended up with 'cardboard' pizzas. The Lasagna was bright yellow and tasted disgusting.....my pasta was not what I ordered. I accept that mistakes can occur when ordering and will normally be happy to accept the 'alternative', but there were no mistakes here. However, in fairness, both dishes were taken away after tasting and the menu reappeared. We decided to take the easy option and ordered the pizzas. They were not good.....The only reasons I didn't mark this as 'terrible' was because the staff really tried to do their best and also the wine was good. Unfortunately, good wine and pleasant staff do not make up for bloody awful food.

We were searching for something traditional Spanish and ended up in a typical Italian restaurant. But we have no regrets. The pastas are amazing, and the deserts are to die for! You can also get some typical Spanish tapas and pizzas there. Nice service as well!

We went thinking to have pizza, but there was a menu for 18€.This turned out to be excellent and very good value with wine from the Terra Alta and water. First we were brought a generous plate of meats and another of pan tomate. First plate was a salad of pear and Roquefort for me and goats cheese for my husband. I think there was 6 choices. Second plate we could have had pizza but chose monkfish for me and duckbreast for my husband. Dessert was served with a glass of cava and coffee to finish.The place was busy with freinds meeting and eating together. The two ladies serving were professional whilst very pleasant and freinds. We had a good experience, many thanks.
