We came to the restaurant having no clue what to expect. But everything was amazing: starting with super hospitable and nice waiters, cosy terrace and ending with delicious food that is made of the most highly quality products and cooked with heart and creativity.

The ambiance is amazing, you really have the feel of a castle.Before the name was Marquette but the feel is still the same.Very good service and nice food.

This is definitely the place to be if you like fine dining, fish and a homey atmosphere. We had the 7 course menu combined with a nice bottle of Patrick Piuze Chablis. You sensed that each course was made with a lot of love and passion. We will come back for sure!

This restaurant is an absolute must in Beverwijk. Friendly ambience and staff.The menu is regularly changing and the pricing is always very moderate, nice wines and good draft beers.We go there with the whole family and always enjoy it.During the weeknd hoewever reserving a table is an absolute must as it is always packed.

We celebrated our wedding anniversary in this New restaurant in Egmond aan Zee.The atmosphere is very pleasant and the seating is great. There is a good choice of dishes at reasonable prices. The restaurant is also very good to visit with (young) children. The wine list shows a variey of good wines and they are reasonably prices.So this is certainly recommended after a day on the beach, when you want to enjoy the sunset with a good meal.Thank you very much Piet, it was a pleasure serving the family

We came here with friends looking for a restaurant with a good price and that wasnt your typical Dutch hamburger/spareribs/salmon fron the oven type of place. Portions were perfect, I had beautiful fish and nicely made up plates. Service is informal and friendly. Prices were very reasonable for what was served and the quality of the food.The website unfortunately doesn't show what a nice restaurant it is and that it also has a lovely garden with ample outside seating. Go there and have a look and taste for yourselves. You wont be disappointed!

The lifesize wooden ship inside the restaurant first put me off as being a silly tourist trap but this is actaully a nice place with friendly service and food prepared with fresh ingredients and by competent chefs. And not too pompous nor too casual. Also suitable for families. The one weakness might be the winelist that is made up of industrial wineries although none of these are bad wines.Thank you so very much for your appreciation of our restaurant, food and service. We had dinner with 10 adults on Saturday 28 March. Because of the size of our group we were offered the three-course dinner (â¬35 per person) Everyone was happy with the meals. Value for money was ok. Staff were very pleasant and explained meals and ingredients well (both in English and Dutch). All in all very pleasant evening.
