it looks like the crew is kind of tired. the food was delicious, i would rate it a 4 or 5, but the way we were served reminded us that the end of march is the end of the riederalp ski season - and apparently also the end of toni's season. nothing wrong, but the waitress just seemed to be tired. kind of sad. I am sorry to hear that you felt that our service was not up to our usual standard.There is no excuse on our part for this and it certainly should not matter where we are in the Season. Stopped as a party of five while going back home.Classy dining room with a great view.Food was very good..Started with an excellent salad.The steak tartare was also very good.Lovely desserts.A great place which does justice to Swiss hospitality.Owners and chef shook our hands and thanked us for coming.A sign of respect for customers which is rarely seen today.A good stop if going via the Simplon.

We had a nice cappuccino here last Thursday after a short walk around Riederalp West. So we enjoyed a nice cappuccino on the terrace. Friendly service and moderate prices. We were the first customers just a couple of minutes after the restaurant opening hours at 10:00 a.m.

Quite unique setting up on a hill by itself. The rooms were simple but comfortable and clean. There were multiple hikes directly from the hotel, which were extremely beautiful when we visited.Good restaurant and tasty home-brewed beer round out a comfortable stay.Thank you for your nice feedback. It's ituated in Brig historic area, close to Stockalper Palace. The interior is nice though a bit classic. The staff is kind. The food is clearly Italian and yummy. The risotto is very good. Fine selection of wineNo doubt a good choiceDear Luiz44Thank you for your feedback !!
