I understand that Curry Kingdom is owned by the former owners of Spicy Greens. The place is a hole in the wall. I don't think more than $50 was spent on decor. If it had not been recommended to us, we would not have dared go in. It is understandable then, that this appears to be a popular take out spot. It is not a welcoming place to stay and eat. However, the food is excellent. The service was friendly. Everything is prepared from scratch, in the hotness that you request. Hence, it takes a while to get your food, so don't be in a rush. This is genuine Indian and Sri Lankan food.So go for the food, if not the ambience and treat it as an " experience".

The dosas they made for us was phenomenal. We ordered some okra and stuffed bread too, it was all worth spending time and money at this little place. If you like south indian food then this is a must visit place if you are visiting Prince George.

I had dinner here with 5 friends last week. We had the buffet. There was a large variety of dishes, both traditional and a couple of different dishes than I had experienced before. Dishes such as buttered chicken, channa marsala, nun bread, lamb curry, various combinations with vegetables, etc. I found the meal good, not the best that I have ever had, but all in all, everything was okay.

It was our first time going to Spice of Life and definitely wonât be our last!We were instantly greeted by 3 staff members and seated by a nice window table. The food arrived quickly and was spectacular! We ordered some gluten/dairy free Naan bread as our friend canât eat normal bread. It was just as tasty as the original. Each thing we ordered was packed with tons of meat and it wasnât overly spicy. The staff were super chatty and found out itâs a family restaurant. It was a very fun night.Highly recommend this place for an amazing dinner.

I ordered vegetable samosas and vegetable pakora and was shocked how poor the quality was. I have heard very good things about this restaurant and was looking forward to trying it. The filling in the samosa was not potato-ey, it was very gooey like uncooked batter. I would never go here again. Over priced for the quality.

I had dinner at Karahi King last night, and let me tell you they did not disappoint! We ordered the Dinner For 2 for $39.95 which included tandoori chicken, butter chicken, chana masala, rice pulao, naan bread and rice pudding for dessert. We asked for the butter chicken spicy HOT and boy it sure was, but not so hot that you couldn't taste how flavorful it was. The chana masala was my favorite dish....so good! There was so much food we could not finish it, nor attempt to eat the dessert so we took home. I have not yet eaten the rice pudding and am saving it for after dinner tonight but I did have a small spoonful just to taste and OMG...amazing! I highly recommend this restaurant if you love delicious Indian food.
