KNEW we shouldn't have bothered. Ordered through Menulog for take away pick up. The dishes were mainly sauce, not substance, the choices we requested to be hot weren't, they were the same as the mild choices, the curry was actually the same for the chicken and the lamb dishes, even though we requested a DIFFERENT curry for these two, the naan bread was not naan, it was roti, and the mixed vegetables contained only potatoes and mushrooms (and one half a piece of cauliflower - if I had wanted a potato dish, I would've ordered one!). If I am looking for Indian and my actual favourite place isn't open, I won't be ordering from here, I'll be ordering Thai!

From the outside this place does not look like much, however their food is authentic and tasty. We ordered the butter chicken and the chicken korma and both dishes were delicious. Service was also good! I highly recommend going to the restaurant and sitting down for a meal, as opposed to ordering take out.

Visited Cooks Castle on a Monday night with an Indian mate; the restaurant has a low key authentic feel to it, only a small number of tables but also has outside dining. The food was very tasty (my Indian mate was able to talk to the chef about his preferred style) and reasonably priced, with very friendly service to boot.
