This restaurant far exceeds any restaurant I have ever visited. I dine in high end restaurants often and this one is unlike any other I have experienced. From the service to the extraordinary work of the chef, we were treated like royalty. My husband is a food connoisseur and has traveled and eaten at some of the most well renowned restaurants and he said this was in his top ten. The food and its presentation was amazing-interesting, unique, and the taste was extraordinary. Our server, Sergio, provided for us the best service we have ever had. He helped us curate a unique, divine meal and was so helpful in guiding our family in their meal choices. Simply phenomenal. THIS amazing and memorable is worth repeating as much as possible.

If have Visite the Restaurant twice!! It was very good. The atmosphere, the Food, Service and prices were all Perfect! At First I Tried a menue that was with the best duck I have ever eaten! At the Second Time I have taken some lamb chops from the BBC! And also this was delicious!!! I was there during my holidays and the Men Who was working their were Very helpful and comfortable!!! The First Restaurant in the City which has english Spoken personal! A very fancy and Good Restaurant and also a good alternative for all the fish served Restaurants there, with good fish dishes too, but very Special for meat!!!

My family and I have been Voramar customers for years! Since David took over the chef role, dishes look more polished and chic, but flavours are still classic and Valencian! Love the service, especially Paloma's friendly approach to owner-customer relationship. Coming to Voramar for us means coming home. We recommend this restaurant to any person who wishes to enjoy lunch, dinner, or even an afternoon cafe con leche or a couple of drinks at night. Favourites: tapas (morros, bravas, huevos rotos), bocadillos (blanco y negro, chivito), arroces (paella, senyoret, negro), pescados (pescaito frito, mero con patatas), postres (arroz con leche, natillas)

Everything from the service, to the atmosphere, to the food at Estalvi is INCREDIBLE! I am a vegetarian, and it's so vegetarian friendly, and the food was honestly some of the best I have had, especially in Spain. Combinations so unique and so perfect. I wanted to have my starter salad for desert too, as it was that amazing. A huge thank you to Victor and his wife, who is one talented chef, for such a wonderful experience. We cannot wait to return over and over again, even if we have to drive 35 minutes every time. Wow!

Acudimos con precio de menú cerrado en estas Navidades.Lo de menos es el precio del menú, dado que la calidad y presentación de los platos dejaba mucho que desear. No cuestiono el tamaño de las raciones, abundante en general, para el tipo de clientes que valoren este aspecto en especial.Ninguno de los platos, entrantes o principales estaban buenos.Si vas a disfrutar un dÃa especial en familia, lo que esperas es una propuesta de menú más elaborada y moderna , en su concepto y su preparación. ParecÃa que estabamos en un restaurante anclado en una cocina de hace 30 años en la que todo vale (cuando ofrecer cuatro gambas o una vieira gratinada ya era "superlujo").No digo que no sean una correcta opción de menú del dÃa, pero no lo recomendaria para ocasiones especiales sino cambian su concepto de cocina.

This is a wonderful family restaurant, run by Josep Valiente (3rd generation) who is the chef. and also personally served us. The appetizers were superb - fried squid (calamar) and small local red fish that I have never before tried, but were delicious. The restaurant inside is very nice, and rather formal, with linen tablecloths. Outside is informal, but also nice, right on the beach. The best part, though, was the main course. We reserved two days in advance an 'Arroz al Horno' (oven-baked rice), a typical dish of Valencia. The dish is baked in a ceramic dish in the oven, and contains all manner of pork - sausages, ribs, etc. - in addition to chick peas, tomatoes and potatoes. It was truly delicious. For the first time in my life, I was able to eat and enjoy blood sausage (morcilla). (I had tried unsuccessfully to eat this many times before.) Our desert, a mousse with warm chocolate sauce, was delicate and delicious. The restaurant also serves typical Valencia and seafood paellas, which do not require advance notice, since the preparation is less elaborate.It was delightful to have the opportunity to converse with Mr Valiente, the young chef/owner. It was our fortune to visit Valencia in the off-season, when school vacations had ended, and the beach was nearly deserted.If you are on or near this beach, visit Alzimar Restaurant, and enjoy traditional cooking of Valencia!
