Fabulous wrap bursting with fresh vegetables of your choice. The wrap was very light but overall it was a filling and healthy snack in a predominantly meaty area of France. The panini Rimini was equally as good, enjoyed on a second visit. The staff were great, very friendly, keen to try out their english and find out where we were from and what brought us to Nancy. They were patient with our attempts at french, until our fluent french speaking daughter helped us out.

We booked a table for 20:00 this evening. The super smiling "maitre" arrived with a huge wine list suggesting a delicious Burgundy at 50⬠. Why do I get suckered into this nonsense? The wine was poured (at the wrong temperature) but it was nice. The amuse-Bouches arrived. Some prawn "bits" on a good quality tomato soup. So nothing to write home about there.The coquilles arrived overcooked served with tomatoes ( a horrible pairing ). They too were overcooked.The wine was poured and poured and poured . After 90 minutes we stopped it and said " main course or we're leaving". It arrived promptly. Vegetables were dry from the pass - the baby sweet corn was grilled and brown. The lemon sole was overcooked but recognisable as lemon sole. It was left virtually untouched.We asked to see the "maitre". He was not to be found and the poor young waiter simply looked embarrassed.I then asked for a pen and piece of paper and the bill. The "maitre" brought it. I left and offering of 100â¬. He looked grateful. The biggest mistake i made was to give him as much as 100â¬I feel sorry for them and I feel sorry for us.Sort yourselves out. Stop upsetting your employees. Cook a decent bit of food.This is an example of what is wrong with 90% of restaurants in France

It has become in few years the place where to seat before dinner, lunch. It is a brasserie food well prepared and well seved. The french tradition.
