We decided to have a light meal here. We skipper starters and just took Maine and desserts. The little appetizer and sour dough bread to start with were delicious. The seabream with salad and the halibut were nicely presented and tasty. Dessert was an improvisation on cheesecake: there was a light and fluffy spoonful of cream cheese covered in berries and a scoop of berry ice cream. Although it tasted good I missed the cake bit.The staff were all super friendly and attentive. They spoke good English.The restaurant has a small terrace on the street.Total cost for two including wine (36 euro) and water was 94 euro.

Had a really nice dinner with friends from Germany. Delicious food, lovely atmosphere and good service despite the fact it was very busy as for Saturday evening. Dishes innovative and originally presented as well being seasonal and ingredients locally sourced. Must mention already famous Knapas and a special desert called A.P.PL.E! Deer fillet was soft and juicy with distinctive forest flavour! Highly recommend, book in advance.

It's a nice western -europe like restaurant next to the river Daugava. You can also go on the roof terrace - a wonderful view will be there for sure. There's cozy, but elegant atmosphere & amazing dishes. This is a great place for vegans/ vegetarians, because this place has some delicious vegan dishes . For vegans I recommend spinach ravioli, vegan passion fruit panna cotta, asparagus roll (vegan sushi), truffle risotto , homemade hummus and falafel, avocdo and tomato tartare, but my favourite is the vegetable salad with greens and yasai sauce. We had dinner at 6:30pm, the restaurant was not very busy. Very quiet & cozy sittings & nice decoration. The waitress speaks good English and just OK, not very friendly nor rude. We had steak, pasta with tiger shrimps. Food was delicious & Presentation was good. If you like steak, this is the place to go.

Warning: the adress at Tripadvisor is wrong, actually the restaurant moved to Elizabetes Street in Burg Hotel. I had high expectations but food is just ok, nothing impressive. Lovely terrasse and we had life music . You can have better culinary experience in Riga for the same price.
