La visita está muy entretenida y regada siempre por cerveza de varios tipos, al final de visita también hay una degustación de quesos de Cantabria muy ricos. Lo pasamos muy bien y nos pusimos finos de cerveza. VOLVEREMOS!!

I was delightedly surprise to get introduced to this place, by my father-in-law, a 'cantabruco-madrileno' specialist in good food.What a lovely place! It's a little restaurant with a really cute "shabby-chic meets hipster" decor - you might want to book well in advance during the summer, they have less than 10 tables.Menu was created by the owner, a seasoned traveller, who decided to bring a bit of the world to the table in Cantabria. You can find Nasi Goreng, Veg food, Salads, South American dishes and local style food all in the same menu - and all very well executed. You will also find quirky artisan beers, one of them made with seawater, great wines and cocktails. Portions are not the traditional cantabrian humungous size, but just enough for one not-very-hungry person.Service could be a little warmer and attentive, but overall a great place to visit.

The Parque de la naturaleza de Cabarceno is one of the main attractions of Cantabriia. A safari-like park this is a must if you travel with kids. When it comes to eating, the park offers some varieties and nearby Cabarceno a few more but it can get crowded. If you have the tiome and don't mind driving 5 km from the park I reccomend driving to nearby Areanal de Penagos, a nearby village with just oine restaurant, La Cuetana. This restaurant is relatively new and the food is just great. The menu of the day is 10 EUR during the week (a bit more on weekends I believe). The trip to Arenal is worth it on its own adn the restaurant is in one of the best and most quiet locations of town so it is a nice break from the crowded park.

We had dinner at this restaurant, which fully deserves its ranking. The location is quite central, public parking is available nearby (Plaza Numancia). The restaurant has a sober and very tasteful decoration in white and blue tones. The welcoming of the staff and the eagerness of the waiter to explain the whole menu card (there is no english version available) was overwhelming. The food was excellent (warm salad and cold partridge for starters, sirloin with foie gras and roasted pigeon for mains). Appetizers and a glass of Rioja were offered. We wish we could come again...

Super friendly staff in a cosy restaurant.Good atmosphere.Great beer, freeze and very well crafted. Croquettes were the only small portion, but perfect for sharing between 2 people.Lasagna was out of Menu, but it was an advice from the staff, snd it was just delicious! Cheesecake, the best moment of the dinner, it was a BLAST!! Make a reservation if you are in the area, because it is quiet busy!I will return soon.
