Un restaurant en retrait du quai qui ne paye pas de mine de prime abord. L'établissement est dans son jus avec une ambiance rustique à laquelle se mêle une ambiance chaleureuse et amicale. Le menu est copieux et il y en a pour tous les goûts avec une cuisine rustique, bonne et efficace.

Ce n'est pas un restaurant à proprement parlé (en tout cas pour moi) mais plutôt un snack étoilé, un concept super intéressant...Pour manger sur le coude, pour se faire livrer, quand on ne sait pas quoi faire et marre des pizzas....Franchement c'est très correct, prix attractifs, service très sympa, patron adorable, cuisine correcte et appréciable...Donc on y mange essentiellement du poulet mais on est loin de la grande enseigne américaine qui empoisonne le monde... Là on est plus dans l'artisanat, le concept des boites est proche du génial, le coup des patates vaut le détour...Franchement on ne risque rien à essayer au vue des tarifs

Some friends and I came here for a quick meal after a concert. The only disappointment was that we just had the one course. I had the veal belly which was fantastic - two others were more than happy with the chicken tagine. The wine was good and the service excellent. I'm only sorry I don't have more to write - go for a full meal and I bet you won't be disappointed.

Après la fermeture de l'ancien restaurant La Bibliothèque nous revenons en famille pour la première fois pour découvrir la nouvelle version de cet établissement.Effectivement une grande partie de la décoration est toujours présente.L'accueil par l'équipe est très pro, on nous propose salle ou terrasse. Nous prenons salle pour éviter le bruit de la rue.Carte simple mais efficace. Notre choix a d'ailleurs été fait en quelques minutes.Nous avons apprécié les plats et les desserts. Pour les garçons un peu juste en quantité! pour madame très satisfaisant. Le prix est justifié et très correct.Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Having struggled with French 'culture', when places are/aren't open, whether they're serving food or only drinks and at what time - this was a very welcome experience. A nice bar/bistro with good atmosphere, we visited on a weekday lunchtime and it was very busy with locals. We had a very nice 'rouge' belgian beer and a Croque'. Would visit again.

We arrived early with children - they accommodated us well, adapting the menu and attending to every need. The location is beautiful, typically local French style with locally sourced produce and regulars! Decor is 'interesting', food was fabulous with delicious pork and beef, and puddings from family recipes. Initially sceptical however the food would persuade me to eat there again!

We were passing by Tulle and wondering were to eat. The first rated restaurant by trip advisor was "Le 7": they were not welcoming although they had plenty of free tables.We chose this one a that appeared to be a good surprise.I had farm egg for appetizer then porc shoulder.Simple descent food of good quality, well prepared. The atmosphere was calm and minimalist and staff welcoming.I recommend this place for a nice lunch.

A small bistro style restaurant, smartly decorated and popular with locals. Only seats 17-18 so booking really is necessary.The set menu offers a choice of 3 dishes for starter, main course and desert. The dishes were well conceived and executed and enjoyable to eat.Our one real concern, probably enough to cause us to look elsewhere when next in Tulle, was the very slow service. All 17 covers were taken, and it seemed that the small kitchen coped by waiting until it had orders from all the diners before sending out the first course, same again before serving mains, etc. This made it impossible to hurry - fine for families enjoying a leisurely lunch, but somewhat frustrating when breaking a long journey with more miles to come!
