We stopped for coffee and tried a Cinammon and Sugar bread, similar to the Hawaiian malasadas, delicious!!!!! the owners are really charming as well.

Unglaublich was dieses kleine Restaurant für ein Mehrgangmenu vom Feinsten offeriert. So um die 15 CHF am Mittag. Geschmack. Material, Präsentation, Service in dieser Qualität gibt es wohl nur in Japan. Auch vegetarisch für meine Frau top. Und für ein gutes Glas Wein, Wasser und Kaffee muss man keinen Kleinkredit aufnehmen wie hier in Europa.

I had a duck confit with green mustard source for lunch. Excellent. A casual and relaxing atmosphere. For dinner, reservations are must. This is in a little harder hidden place upstairs on a rather drab-looking small strip mall right offshore steps from lake Kawaguchiko (æ²³å£æ¹), but don't let the looks from outside deceive you. I have been a number of French in Tokyo proper with far more $$$ premises, but the food here is perfectly compatible.
