My wife and I were looking for a quick dinner and 38K was just what we were looking for!! We had a couple of tasty pizzas and a couple of drinks. The price was good, the atmosphere was pleasant and the staff were lovely - highly recommend

Music is mainly in Western music, i loved it!Shabu-shabu seems to be a specialty, so we ordered Shabu-shabu and sea urchin cream pasta. Both prices are quite cheap, and taste and quantity were perfect!The staff was one chef and one for customer, and both of them were very friendly and kind.I would like to visit again someday.(They have an English menu for all foods and drinks and there were some customers from abroad.)

I've eaten here twice and had an excellent experience both times. The menu is varied, but everything I've tried has been good, including Vietnamese dumplings, pizza, and more traditional Japanese fare. The atmosphere is informal and pleasant, with low levels of lighting and non-intrusive jazz music playing in the background. A highlight is in the rest - room. Be sure to visit to experience the toilet paper dispenser and the cheery sign over the sink. For those who like to drink wine, you'd be advised to bring your own, as it appears their range pretty much tops out at 1. Red and 2. White.

This was our second visit to this restaurant. The first time was April 2012. As the memorial tasty of Japanese omelet rice from 2012 trip, L'hirondelle was put in our group plan. And we experienced the same taste we had 2 years ago. This is one of recommended restaurants in Kawaguchiko. It's only 500m from Kawaguchiko Station which is very easy to walk there.
