Birthday lunch with my best friend brought us to Pedro El Chef because the Chef / Owner is German and the menu includes her native dishes. Super restaurant ! Beautiful location looking to the ocean, very clean and well presented. Impeccable toilets, great service and now to the food. We started with a small individual salad... Gorgeous !! A very tasty dressing and pine nuts plus slices of peach made it one of the tastiest salads I’ve had ! I asked my friend to choose a dish for me and it was beautiful, a pork fillet served in a lovely wine jus with fresh green beans and boiled potatoes. It was really tasty. To finish a red fruit compote with vanilla icecream and coffee rounded off one of the nicest lunches I’ve had in a while. Highly recommended, they also have Spanish dishes on their menu but I highly advise trying the German. Will definitely return. ❤️

We went here after reading all the good reviews. First of all the service was really good, the waiters were super friendly! We had a great wine but were dissapointed in the food. The starters tuna tataki and tuna carpaccio were basic and a little under seasoned. As the main dish we took cob and beef cheeks. The cod was fine, the beef well cooked but not warm and the gratin was just cold. The waiter was really nice about it and wanted to give a reduction, the cook (who was standing next to our table, didn’t agree). She didn’t even bother speaking to us or explaining, what felt to us as a little rude. As she was having a cosy chat with the people next to us.We paid almost 100 euro, which for Tenerife is more then average. We think there are better quality/price restaurants.I love to think we made the wrong choices on the menu or they were having a bad day.Took 1,5 hour for the first food hit the table. The presentation of the food is good!
