This was my first visit to a Potbelly's Sandwich Shop. The tuna salad salad was VERY delicious, and my family all enjoyed their sandwiches! The staff was very friendly and helpful, and they made a great impression on me!

WAY too expensive for what you get. The chicken strips are ok. Thatâs it. Theyâre ok. Their âsauceââehâitâs nothing I canât live without, and nothing I even look forward to eating again. Seriously, paying that muchâeven if I werenât paying that muchâI was left with a âI want more _____ (taste, flavor, something?). They say itâs freshly madeânever frozenâgreat!âbut Iâve had frozen chicken fingers that are at least as good. Next time I want chicken fingersâIâll go to Chick-Fil-A or to the freezer section of my local market. Very lackluster experience. And if thatâs all they have (besides fries and Texas toast)...no thank you. Psâtacky that this company evidently is notorious for building right by a Chick-fil-A. Get your own customer base! No competitionâhands downânot even on the same playing field as the flavor and variety of Chick-fil-A.

We have been here before and wanted something quick. Staff were pleasant. We decided on Japanese Pan Noodles with chicken and one with steak. The noodles have black sesame seeds with soy sauce, broccoli, carrots and cilantro. Service was quick and they brought our food to the table. The noodles were tasty and the small bowls were a perfect snack for what we wanted. Parking lot available.

Ordered through the drive through. A girl came with our drinks and I paid her cash before we even got the the window. I pulled up so other customers could get their things, but noone ever came with my change!!! I waited for about 10 min, then drove off. ive me back my 54 cents! (In the form of a lime slushy please)
