We ordered beefsteak but it was not available so had the rump steak instead (a cheaper option anyway). When we asked what came with it we were told fries. My husband requested that his fries were replaced with Swiss chard, the waiter agreed this was fine. We asked for the steaks to be done medium rare (but perhaps the rare bit was lost in translation) and so came medium. The Swiss chard was over salted. When the bill arrived we were charged more for the steaks than indicated on the menu, the reason being the menu was last year's prices and additionally, we were charged for my fries and my husband's Swiss chard. The whole place is lacking in atmosphere and situated right on a noisy road (not their fault, I know).

We went there for a lunch and order some risottos, salads and kids had Wiener Schnitzel, food was good, but comparing to other restaurant we visited on the island, here we got less for the money. Perhaps you also "pay" the view sitting outside by the sea, which is stunning.

If you want to eat fresh local fish go to Srdela. We sat out in the shade with a beautiful view of the harbor. We are anchovies, sardines and mackerel. All were delicious and the prices were reasonable. Don't go unless you want to eat fresh fish but if you do you will have a fine meal.

You instantly feel welcomed by the sympathetic hosts of this wonderful restaurant. The menu contains various daily fresh dishes and you get personal assistance while choosing. The dishes are very refined and delicious. The terrace is very cosy and traditional with a large open barbecue were the bread is grilled. If you are in for delicious dinner underneath a beautiful grape vine in an authentic setting then you should definitely come here!Thank you for really nice review and beautiful photos!

We had pizza and squid. Pizza was perfect unfortunalty i cannot say that for squid. Maybe problem.is as well we were not in high season but still. Service was ok but little bit slow - still its a reminder that you are on vacation :)

Strange way to begin a review but the bread that comes with dinner is the best I have ever had. Ask for the good olive oil to dip it in and it's wonderful. The food was very good as well and the atmosphere very pleasant by the the harbor. Don't miss the bread
