this small, family run business is a wonderful place for lunch. we have never been for dinner. Their lunch menu is a great value with wonderful selection. This is a small modest place... nothing fancy... just good food that is very consistent. Fresh ingredients and well done. We've been going since they opened a few years back.

Nice staff but seriously understaffed. Our meal took 90 minutes to be served. The food was good, but not worth a 90 minute wait. Individuals who ordered take out waited longer. Hoping this was a fluke happening as the food was tasty.

We have been ordering take-outs from Ping's for 6 years and it was consistently good. This time, however, the quality of the food had changed dramatically. The shrimp chow mein tasted like canned food you can buy in the grocery store, plus there were hardly any shrimp. The man who took my order had trouble calculating my total and had to keep going into the back to ask questions. It appears the management has changed -- I won't go back. There are other Chinese restaurants in town to try out.
