Good food (desserts are amazing), good alcool (very good Gin), friendly ambiance and service, nice environment (terrasse, container arch, ferries....), what else ?Take a look to its facebook "LeGrandQuai"(for events at least) and its rating (this is what I did).Tapas for aperitif, good mixed plates, interesting wines, open on sundays (brunch).

If you are looking for a really cool place downtown next to the « Maison du Patrimoine » in Le Havre, this is your place. You can sit inside or outside in the typical French pedestrian street. You will find a really good selection of teas, ground coffee and wicked hot chocolates: look at the « Aruba » one (my favourite - see picture) - with spéculos taste, real Normandy cream « Chantilly » (whipped cream) and sprinkles of real spéculos Belgian biscuits.For teas, they will provide you with the tool to measure with precision the exact time you need to infuse your tea leaves (see picture).If you are a bagel addict, this place is also for you (see selection on picture). Additional ambiance created by French songs in the background. Enjoy my little « havrais » secret place!
