Arthur Bühler's Zuckerbäckerei is something special: Everything is hand-made and contains the best of ingredients. The bread is very delicious, especially the "Wurzelbrot" and the spelt bread made of AlpinaVera grain; mountain grown grains from Switzerland. Pastery is not only delicous, but it also looks like a piece of art: Every single biscuit, every piece of pastry is skillfully decorated. I regularly frequent Bühler's Zuckerbäckerei and it's my favorite place to buy anything baked in Chur!

We came for coffees and snacks to this small cosy restaurant in the heart of old town Chur. Service was very friendly and helpful. All coffees, drinks and cakes tasted great and were freshly prepared. Is this a helpful review? Then please give me a "Thumbs up Thank FrankGeisler" by clicking the button below.

The café is alright but not outstanding at all (including service not excelling in friendliness) - and you can buy nice sweets at the counter. But avoid having to go to the dirty old toilet rooms downstairs.

This cafe looks a bit characterless however we gave it a go because a lot of lovely pastries and cakes were on show! The staff were attentive and friendly and helped us with our selection of cake.....we had apple strudel with vanilla sauce and it was lovely as was their hot chocolate!
A coppersmith factory turned dynamic cultural centre, hosting gigs, jam sessions, art-house film screenings, plays and parties. See the website for what's coming up. In addition to a lively cultural programme, this venue also affords fine drinking options
This has to be said.... Pop Up BBQ ....on demand , meats of your choice from a guy that knows his STUFF....we are here on a flying visit TRAINING our way round Switzerland and Monday night is the night when all the locals rest and have a drink....we found where they hang out to relax and it was fabulous. The staff on the bar were very friendly and explained what was going on with the local guys and girls that take care of all high class eating establishments so we were invited to join in.....We were treated to a feast off the BBQ and can I please pass thanks to all concerned especially Patrick on the actual BBQ that has to be congratulated for treating us so well as visitors to the area...Thankyou all involved
