After reading several reviews, we opted for this branch of the Ka Into restaurants. Went it with high expectations and left with high regrets. What should have tipped us off was the coach party in there. We ordered: 3 starters (chicken, fresh lumpia and calamari) ALL were bland or tasteless, including the fruit smoothies! The four main dishes ( crispy pata, lapu lapu fish, orange chicken and sizzling beef rib) all very average or salty. The worst and most expensive meal we've had here. Give this place a miss!

Mang Inasal

The food is good, service is good, staff is friendly, value for money, you are even able to add extra rice with no additional cost. The place is always crowded, and chicken runs out fast so recommended to go early if you are planning to have dinner.

Ka Inato is your best bet for local Filipino cuisine when in Puerto Princesa. Enjoy their extensive menu (try their grilled bestsellers) in their relaxed restaurant with ethnic Palawan interiors. Plus it also helps that you're supporting employment for their hearing-impaired staff.

As per previous trip advisors I don’t know how this place has had excellent reviews as it’s not what we experienced. Clearly the change in management has had a negative effect on this once excellent restaurant. Poorly cooked presented food. Staff show no love or care for service let alone want to be there. It’s over rated lacks good service and food quality nothing special try elsewhere my advice to tourists. Its very sad that people come to a restaurant and think they know the thoughts of the hard working staff at our restaurant. Our staff are very proud and dedicated to our restaurant, they provide very good service and great tasting food as expressed by hundreds of our customers. We have maintained our food quality and taste, if i may quote two Texans that were here the previous night, our ribs are as good or better then back home.I did note that you also ate all the ribs leaving only the bones. Anyway I realize in life you can't please everyone, I hope you find what you are looking for, thank you.
