Mission BBQ

We've passed by Mission many times. Today, I went in and got a carryout of Pulled Pork BBQ. Wow! The smoked flavor was just something you don't get unless they take the time to cook it properly. Service was excellent and cheerful, and we'll be back, that's for sure. Had BBQ for lunch AND dinner. It's just that good!

Mission BBQ

We visited Mission Barbeque in Perry Hall to celebrate Armed Forces Day, which is celebrated annually nationwide on the third Saturday of May. The number one priority of Mission Barbeque is their continued support and acknowledgement of all who are serving or have served in the armed forces or as first responders. All of their restaurants honored all members of the military during Armed Forces Week. The week was capped off with a special celebration on May 18. We came to participate in the “Lunch with the Heroes.” We were treated to a sandwich while we waited for the ceremony to begin. At noon, a Marine Corps Reserve Honor Guard marched in carrying several flags, and we recited the Pledge of Allegiance. Then we heard a live and beautiful rendition of our National Anthem by Staff Sergeant Generette from the Maryland Air National Guard. The restaurant honored 3 servicemen who were in attendance for their service during World War II. We had the privilege of thanking each of them for their service. It was a very moving and inspiring day. Our sincere thanks to all at Mission Barbeque for making this day so special! Thanks for your review!

I first tried Bullseyes because they offered a Groupon deal. We have returned several times since then because the food is delicious and the prices are good. Some of the things I would recommend are the Italian sausage, ribs, pork barbeque, bacon mac & cheese and the burnt ends. The servings are generous and the employees are very nice. The place is small, on the end of a strip shopping center. They do have a few tables inside but we have always done carryout.
