I have been going to the Firehouse Restaurant for years, but we hadn't been there in a few years. It has gone through a few owners and a fire but it still survives. Last Friday we went for pizza for old time sake. What a nice surprise. The pizza was old school thin crust Jersey pizza with lots of cheese. The mussels were so good we ordered another portion. The wait staff are all locals and the whole place makes you feel like you are from the neighborhood. TV screens and fire house memorabilia fill the walls. The food is very good and the atmosphere is great. We will be back soon.

Can understand the hype and the liquor helps but frankly this was average mediocre fare served by millennials who really donât care. Classy mall but management needs to step up and check the restrooms once in a while they were filthy. Not a good impression when you worry about the kitchen after seeing the restrooms. Food was ok but not anything special

Good solid Italian food. Been going there for years. One of my favorites is sausage and pepper over ziti. Very family friendly and experienced and pleasant wait staff. Parking in front or across the street, but when it gets busy you may have to hunt for a parking spot. Highly recommended.Thank you for the great review! We are still a family run business for over 80 years!

Grilled Octopus.........I reluctantly agreed to share as an appetizer??? IT WAS ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS! Left me wanting more. Next time I will be sure to order my own!! My friend had Linguine with Clam Sauce. It looked awesome. She said the clams were to tender for description. I had Penne with Pomadoro Sauce. My personal all time favorite (this sauce is not on the menu but graciously prepared for me by the Chef). It was everything I could ask for, chunky tomatoes and loaded with flavor. FRESH mozzarella was also outstanding!!! Lastly the homemade ricotta cheesecake...It was Heavenly! This "Irish Lass...."...didn't miss the usual corned beef & cabbage one bit!!!!!!!!!

The space and service was great. The food though was average... overall lacking in flavor. We were there as part of a large party and the space and service they gave us was very nice. Music was a little too loud but that might not have been in the restaurants control as there was a DJ.Hi There, Thank you for your review! I was traveling through Bergen County and found this place in Saddle Brook.What a great place. If you like different beers this place is for you great nosh, great beer, wonderful service. Our server Matthew was extremely knowledgeable in suggesting which beer we might like to drink. I had a salad, my husband had a flatbread pizza. It was just delicious. If you're in the area, it's definitely a place to check out.

Had a late night dinner there on a Friday night. We had to be the oldest people there but we can hang with the 20 year olds. The music was really loud but we didn't mind since it was music we actually do like. I had the bolognese. My husband had salmon tacos (the menu said mini and they were very small). He ended up eating some of my pasta. Our waiter was great. ! He was attentive without being over attentive. He did go out of his way to try to get a certain football game on the TV. He was successful. What is really good here is there beer selection. They have great craft beers especially Funky Buddha which is hard to find in the Northeast. I also had a strawberry martini which was amazing not too sweet just right. We would definitely go back again. Next time maybe a little earlier at night.

We went to this Restaurant not knowing what to expect. We read mixed reviews. In our opinion, one of the best meals we had in a while. We even enjoyed the smoothies! I had the Benito chicken box and thoroughly enjoyed it. I even gave half of it to my son! He had the lunch Salmon. He said it was delicious.
