A sophisticated but down to earth bar and restaurant. Great menu, responsive young servers who are well trained and know their menu. Menu ranges from appetizers which could be entrees if you are not very hungry to appropriate sized for today lunch and dinner entrees. Variety is good. Food is well prepared.

We started our meal with The Perfect Hound (Kettel One Vodka and Fresh Squeezed Grapefruit Juice) and it was the best in Arizona (nicely chilled too!) and Founders Solid Gold Lager. Distinctive drink menu that has some new wines choices that look great! We ordered the cup of Gumbo (on Wednesday) and small Caesar. Portions are perfect to start and quality ingredients evident in both selections. Our main course was the BBQ Brisket Sandwich and the Short Ribs with Jalapeno-Cheddar Grits. Outstanding in every way! Fork-tender meat, lovely sauce, flavorful grits will keep us returning again and again! Top-shelf service and friendly staff! We will be recommending this restaurant to our friends and neighbors, but you will love it too!

Two of my daughters wanted to buy me lunch on Fatherâs Day 2019 and suggested we all meet at Tap House Kitchen on Scottsdale Road in Scottsdale, AZ. We all arrived at about 11:15am and were shown to a table by a pleasant hostess.After a few minutes our waitress came by and asked about our drink orders. We all just wanted water and she came back with our water glasses within 3-4 minutes. We asked for a little extra time to read the menu. She returned after about a ten minute wait and took our orders.Iâll focus on just my meal since my daughters will post their own reviews. I ordered the Pike and traditional French fries, which was served by a kitchen staff member after about a ten minute wait. The fries were plentiful and hot. The two battered Pike fillets, while hot and very tasty, needed to be three (since the two fillets were pretty small). Our water glasses were refilled right on time and the waitress always had a smile when she came to our table.Overall: It was a pleasant lunchtime experience. The hostess greeted us with a smile and expeditiously escorted us to our table. The waitress in particular did exactly what we expected her to do from the first time she came to our table to the last time we saw her after she dropped off the bill and receipt. My meal was OK for a pub-type restaurant at lunchtime. I just wish my meal had three small Pike fillets instead of just two. Will I be back? Yes, I think so next time in this neighborhood.

Love this place !Very interesting decor.The burgers are just fabulous ! And the bread is so fresh !Plenty of choices for dressings on the burger.Love the onion rings.The hospitality and service was amazing.Hanna, our server was very friendly and very professional.This place was packed at 6:00pm on a Sunday.Free parking on the side of the building.

I had heard of their reputation for a fine burger and the rumors were true, it was great. Even the tater tots were good, along with a great presentation and excellent service, with a nice view of the golf course. Give it a try, you'll be glad you did.

Really like this place. Especially, the wood flavor in their grilled items. Our waitress Tania was super friendly and attentive. I had the chicken tortilla soup, the bacon wrapped filet, and the creme brûlée. The restaurant is located in an office building which could be a bit hard to find, but worth getting lost for the first time.

Start with our server (Stephen) who was terrific--very knowledgeable of menu and ingredients while providing info on specials and daily offerings (e.g. happy hour deals). Was then downhill from there. Restaurant was very noisy and we were seated adjacent to open kitchen which further contributed to noise. Parking was difficult as well. Our app of calimare was overly crispy and the squid tasted as if it was old (very rubbery and dry). The ahi tuna salad was very good but the shrimp linguine came in an overly creamy white sauce. On balance we felt they fell short of expectations and we wouldn't hurry back!I am sorry you had an experience like this in my restaurant. I would like to make this better. New favorite coffee place. They have a coffee flight, two of my favorite things just found each other, what a great marriage. The coffee flight was enjoyable, really enjoyed the nitro child brew. We split the coffee and we both ordered the breakfast salad. They have several gluten free options. The service was very friendly. There is lots of seating, and open air seating when weather allows. Yes! We love to hear this. I recommend coming in for our breakfast & brunch on the weekends. We have live music from 11a-1p those days, and at night again we have performances from 7:30p-9:30p.
