I visited here with about five friends. The food was very good. Absolutely loved the bread. I thought the price was a bit expensive for what you get. Breakfast consisted of cheeses, meats, bread, eggs plus coffee, juice, and water. Ended up being around $20 a person. A full dinner at a nice restaurant with appetizers main courses and wine was only $30 in Baku. Still recommend for the ambience and location in the old city. Sit on the top level if you can. Itâs covered but the windows are open so you get to breathe in the fresh air.

The food was excellent and prices very reasonable. The waiter was a bit overbearing, but really just wanted to ensure we were enjoying ourselves. They gave us free glasses of house wine, too. I'd definitely return if I were to visit Baku again.

I came here for dinner and the next day for breakfast. The menu has many different options for reasonable prices. Ramil, the server, was so helpful and kind even though I don't speak a word of Azeri. I recommend going here over the overpriced restaurants within the Old City walls.

We have visited this restaurant on the 15th October on recommendation from our local guide on where to try the famous Shakh Plov. And we have not been disappointed. Shakh Plov was very-very tasty and the presentation beautiful. The starters were also very nice and I loved pomegranate wine! The restaurant is conveniently centrally located, although could be a challenge to climb the steps when getting out for people with walking difficulties as it is in the basement. The service was attentive. I cannot fault it. Also the bill was very reasonable. Thank you!
